When estimate appointments are made the homeowner has to rearrange their schedule to meet the estimator, as well. Somewhere around 2:00 p.m. after we had heard nothing back, I called Precision Painting. A male answered the phone. I explained that an appointment had been made for 9:00 a.m. , that no one had shown up, and we had left a message on his voicemail, at 9:30 a.m., there was silence in response. After saying "Are you there?" a couple of times, there was a dial tone. Then, at about 2:22 p.m. I received a text asking if I receive texts. I replied, yes. He sent a message that 'Ok sorry my phone is not letting me talk or hear.' Yet, when I had called him he responded to my speaking and I heard him speaking. He sent another text 'I got caught up on a job... and wasn't able to call.' then asked if we could reschedule. All this made me feel uncomfortable about hiring this company for a job, so I politely responded "no thank you." to which he responded, about an hour later, 'Stop wasting my time' The whole experience was highly unprofessional.

He was very helpful during the quoting process, educating me of the different roofing options and providing competitive pricing that helped me select him amongst the bids I received. As my roof was starting to experience leaks, he helped squeeze me ahead into his schedule given that there was fall season rain upcoming. His team is a tight knit group that did a great job completing the work over the course of a week or so. They took a lot of pictures as well to evidence the damaged boards that were being replaced. As I was present during the job, I can attest that they were thorough and professional. His team also helped with a follow-up visit to replace some flashing that have been missed the first time. Rob is also a straightshooter and a standup guy that will spend the extra time to educate you and make sure you feel comfortable with your decisions. I would highly recommend Rob and his team for any roofing projects on Whidbey Island and Skagit County!
