I had become a little rude the day it happened because they were just trying to deny everything. Said they were going to replace the wheel but days later the owner was still being a dick about it so I just said fuck it. I'm not going to argue with this man over and over about it. He went to the gas station my wife works at and was rude to her about it. She had nothing to do with the situation. They already knew each other and she has always said he was a very nice person. I was provided the opportunity to do a walk through and test drive a Ford Escape, which is in the same category (compact SUV) as the Toyota Rav 4. While the Ford Escape would suit my needs, I prefer to view and test drive the Toyota Rav 4 (among other vehicles) before making any decisions, especially since this is such a large purchase. I'd definitely see Payton again when the Toyota Rav 4 is available. They took my car in, knowing that I bought my car at a different location, and fixed the problem. Yes, it was just push pins that came loose and the cover for my oil change was dragging but they reconnected the cover with new push pins and got me on my way in under fifteen minutes and didn't charge me anything. When I arrive, she knew immediately went to go grab it for me and made it so easy just to walk in and get what I needed and walk out.
