My 25 pieces were…read morebroken, tearing, chipped or all of the above and when they got done with them -- a week ahead of the four weeks they said it would take -- they looked brand new and beautiful. What's more, Colin (the owner's son) is incredibly honest. The first estimate he gave me included about $1,500 for a clear coat he said was needed for the color I chose. I signed the estimate and paid 1/2 for the deposit. Then Colin called me to say that he wouldn't need to do the clear coat after all, so he was taking that money off the second payment and sending me a new invoice. So many businesses wouldn't have bothered doing this once the client signed and agreed, since they could have pocketed the additional money and I would have been none the wiser. Not these guys! Given that experience, and the finished product, I recommend these nice, honest, small-business owners 1,000%. CFR Patio isn't cheap, but it is more than worth it if you have pricey patio furniture, since redoing my 25 pieces of furniture cost about the same as buying 4-5 replacement chairs. Oh, and their delivery guys are incredibly nice and helpful. Helped me move around the furniture more than once to get it all back the way I wanted. Really can't say enough good things about CFR! They sand blasted and powder coated the set back to like new condition. It came out beautiful, and at a VERY reasonable price. Everyone at Rainn C was helpful and friendly. We'll, we came across another very weathered, but solid patio set. Once again we brought our pieces to Rainn C and they transformed them back to like new condition. If you have quality, but aged patio furniture, it's cheaper to transform them at Rainn C, than to purchase new ones. I definitely recommend Rainn C for any powder coating needs you might have!

I had to repeatedly inspect their work because of multiple quality defects. On several occasions, I discovered defects while I was already on the job site, which meant I had to drive back to have the work redone and then coordinate a new installation date with my customer. These mistakes were costly and caused unnecessary delays. Even after bringing the quality issues to their attention multiple times, the defects continued. Instead of taking the concerns seriously and correcting the ongoing problems, they would also become bothered when the issues were pointed out. Overall, the repeated quality problems, added expenses, delays, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience.

I took it over and was given a fair price, so I thought I'd give it a chance. I took it in on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready Friday. I told Elvis that I would be by Monday to get it not thinking that it was going to be Labor Day.... When I called to make sure it was ready he told me they were closed, but he would go open up so that I could get it. After getting it I was totally impressed.... It looked great.
