The quality is consistently excellent -- clean work, even coverage, no shortcuts, and you can tell they actually know what they're doing. What really sets them apart is how accommodating they are. They've fit me in last minute more than once, and I've been incredibly lucky to have parts turned around in an hour or two when timing lined up and they were already running a batch. I don't expect that for everyone, but the fact that they're willing to work with you when they can says a lot. Pricing is more than fair. Honestly, other shops would've charged two, three, even four times as much for the same small parts -- and the results still wouldn't come close to what I get here. I've done "package deals" elsewhere and the quality wasn't even in the same conversation. Fast, fair, and top-tier workmanship. Two different shops (both with "repair" in their name, ironically) couldn't fix them. One sealed them with some putty that melted off and told me I'd need to replace the outer pieces -- not an option with my custom wheels. Another tried multiple times, claimed they were fixed, but actually made the leaks worse and even damaged a tire. Then I found Nitrous Garage on eBay and Yelp, and wow -- what a difference. Michelle's communication was flawless from start to finish. I live in Palm Springs and they're in Pomona, so I was worried about logistics. Before I could even stress, she suggested putting loaner wheels on my car so I could drive back home. That kind of service and thoughtfulness is next level. My 25 pieces were…read morebroken, tearing, chipped or all of the above and when they got done with them -- a week ahead of the four weeks they said it would take -- they looked brand new and beautiful. What's more, Colin (the owner's son) is incredibly honest. The first estimate he gave me included about $1,500 for a clear coat he said was needed for the color I chose. I signed the estimate and paid 1/2 for the deposit. Then Colin called me to say that he wouldn't need to do the clear coat after all, so he was taking that money off the second payment and sending me a new invoice. So many businesses wouldn't have bothered doing this once the client signed and agreed, since they could have pocketed the additional money and I would have been none the wiser. Not these guys! Given that experience, and the finished product, I recommend these nice, honest, small-business owners 1,000%. CFR Patio isn't cheap, but it is more than worth it if you have pricey patio furniture, since redoing my 25 pieces of furniture cost about the same as buying 4-5 replacement chairs. Oh, and their delivery guys are incredibly nice and helpful. Helped me move around the furniture more than once to get it all back the way I wanted. Really can't say enough good things about CFR! Jason's Wheel Repair was fantastic - I have been dealing…read morewith one wheel losing air for probably 2 years, had the tire place "fix" it twice, had another tire place "fix" it was well. It keep losing air to the point that the tires side walls cracked and it was time for new tires all around. But again, the tire kept losing air so it had to be the rim. After contacting a few places, Jason's Wheel replied with a reasonable quote and I scheduled the visit. Not sure if i spoke to Jason, but he informed me after a short wait that it seemed to have been the balancing weight at the edge of the rim causing the air loss. They removed it cleaned it and rebalanced the wheel and i was on my way in less than 30 min and a much lower cost than quoted. I'm still baffled that neither of the tire places removed the weight or even recognized that it could be the issue. Now i know they can't be trusted in that matter. Sad really. Now, a week later after Jason's magic repair, the tire is still keeping it's air. If i ever have any wheel/run issues I know who to go to. Highly recommend Jason's Wheel Repair!
