I am more unstable carrying a 40-pound dog, so I might break something just carrying her. She owns a public store, and I did not want to argue with her. I was so upset, Emma just kept circling me and leaning against me to tell me it was okay. She never asked what my job was to her. It was her policy for all animals to be carried, and she didn't care what I thought or what the law said. Sad.
