I was looking for a good company with infrastructure and solid management. somehow the jobs are designated to certain recruiters. they send one email for the week with about 8 jobs to who knows how many applicants-and random scrappy jobs per text. I felt my resume was not looked at beforehand & once I inquired about their process it all went downhill. On 3 occasions I was consistent/persistent on how I can land a role. I was encouraged to apply on my own- but you all are in the job placement field. I was ignored and given the "it's been busy here" bs but I knew it was personal when no attempt after their "rush" not even a day after was attempted. If you dont have enough staff in that big ass building and dont have the range of good pay rates, then shut it down. Rent is minimal $1100 tf!?
