Our appointment was at 7:00 AM, and Martha was fully prepared and already waiting for us when we arrived to pick her up. That alone speaks volumes about her professionalism, work ethic, punctuality, and how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, and her experience with USCIS interviews was obvious from the start. We honestly could not have asked for a better translator and guide during such an important moment in our lives. I also want to give special thanks to her daughter, Zoe, who was a tremendous help throughout this process as well. She offered valuable insight and experience regarding USCIS, and she professionally notarized important documents for us. We truly could not be more appreciative of her help, kindness, and professionalism. I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

I came through Florida for a few days for an experiment we are conducting out of FLL airport, and needed some emergency computer parts. They were nice enough over the phone to say they were going to look through their spare electronics and computers to see if they could salvage the part. They texted me 10 minutes later with a picture of the part next to a ruler so I could see if it was the right size. I went in and bought it for a very fair price. I'm glad they were there and wish I could get service like this from people like this from other companies. Btw, they saved our experiment.
