This place was amazing. Juan is one of those traditional, old school trustworthy, competent and reliable mechanics that we all hope for. Too bad we live in Dallas, so far away.
We were driving back from Yellowstone where my Toyota Avalon had been "repaired" at the Old Faithful repair shop for apparently a bad bearing. They had done a terrible job and the car was really still acting up and only became worse as we drove all through the night. By the time we reached Colorado Springs we were frantic thinking the wheel would come off. A family member in Castle Rock recommended Hispanic Touch among a few others. Hispanic Touch was the only one willing to see us on such short notice and we were so very thankful.
I had also become really ill on the ride home and needed medical attention at the Dallas VA Medical Center for my Stage IV cancer immediately. They looked at the wheel and saw that it was a total mess that they should have repaired at Yellowstone. The car wasn't safe to drive at all and in our ignorance had undertaken a grave risk in driving it.
We were really appreciative that they'd repair the car. It'd take a few days and we could leave it there for as long as necessary and rent another car for the last part of the trip back home to Dallas.
Repairs were quite expensive and they permitted split payments. In a few weeks I was able to travel back and pick it up and drive it home. They did a great job and it was driving like new and they made a very difficult situation much easier and gave us all a calm piece of mind.
If you live in the area, we highly recommend their continued services. They also have a shop cat that is really nice. read more
