SCAM SCAM SCAM 2026 Update: So the roof is leaking again and they are up to their old tricks. If you get through to them there is never anyone there who can help but they will call back, they never do. Next your phone number is then forwarded to an answering services that promises to forward your message to them. I feel so sorry for the answer service ladies! They never call you back LUCKILY, their office is just round the corner from me, looks very inviting, so I decided to pop in. Nope. As soon as you walk through the main entrance it's like a prison. Locked door and ring doorbell that no one responds to. You can see the reception desk, but it's empty as if no-one has ever used it. There's a worn piece of paper on the door listing phone numbers. The first is for the "Call Center". The second is for Kayla 314-473-5087 of His & Hers. It goes to a voicemail not a Kayla though! Initial Review: Thought they did a good job of our new roof. They did a free inspection and got the insurance company to cover the roof. Not long after getting the new roof we started seeing water spots in several different rooms of the house. They did come out a couple of times and blamed the seals on the vents and repaired those. Told us to wait for the next rain and if no more links they'd come and repair the ceilings inside. Since then we finally got some rain and it appears as if 2 of the leaks are still leaking. I've emailed pictures and had a manager call me and promised to be out the next day. NO SHOW, NO CALL. I've called several times and spoke with Eli and he said there's no manager in and they'd call me back. STILL NO CALL! I left a message asking for a manager to call me. STILL NO CALL. Now when I call I get an automated message saying they do not have a voicemail set up, seems I'VE BEEN BLOCKED. So currently I have four rooms with water stained ceilings and at least one of those grows each time it rains. read more

They called and filed a claim for me with my home insurance on Feb 2023 and they took my deductible , got the money from my insurance claim, insurance company paid them directly on july 2024 and then scheduled to do roof for me on November 3rd 2024 and now saying that they need to reschedule my roof to January 2025the reason they said because of hurr Helene and Melton they can't do it job on November. my house was more damaged and impacted by the 2 hurricanes and since they are not fixing my roof on time . i called them they said " what do you want me to do" i told them i will call my insurance to tell them that roof company dont do the job and then this roof his and her roof company said " go ahead" so rude and no ethical take advantage on homeowner. Reminds me of the roofing companies that are on the TV news after these big storms hit, the companies that screw the home owners and leave them with maybe some of the needed supplies dumped off in the front yard and then you don't hear from the company again. Or maybe the roof leaks worst then it did after the storm. Maybe I will look them up on the local news stations web site. I had a very disappointing experience with His & Hers Roofing. I initiated an insurance claim with them back in March 2023 due to storm damage. From the start, communication was almost non-existent. They never updated me on the progress of the claim; every bit of information I received was because I reached out to them. After months of waiting with no results, I was advised to proceed with another roofing company to replace the roof and was told they'd send the difference once the insurance claim settled, minus their fees. When I called in November 2024 for an update, I was shocked to learn that the claim had been closed back in October, allegedly due to the roof replacement, which was completed by the other company. No notice, no call, and no email about this closing--they simply let the claim die without informing me. When I spoke to their representative, Ashley, she told me that they don't proactively update customers; it's up to the customer to call and get updates. If you're looking for a roofing company that values communication, transparency, and customer service, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Found out how bad and deceitful their business practices are. They hire 10 canvassers every 3 weeks scouring numerous square miles promising bonuses for each house they schedule for inspections. They promise a salary and signing bonus from the start. After 3 weeks of massive hours a day / 6 days a week, they fire the crew to recycle to a new group of 10 to burn them out with no intention to pay the promised amount. Cutting corners to make a buck. The worst company to work with. I have hired them twice, they replaced the roofs, but after that, there was always a problem. In my first house, 6 months after the installation, I realized one of the gutters was overflowed, so I dissembled the downspout and found a big ball of nails wrapped in some other roof materials stuck in there. Now, four years later, I purchased a second home, and I gave them a second chance in October 2023 to replace my roof. This time, there was a mess around the house, a lot of black dots on the driveway and the pool deck, nails everywhere in the grass and in the pool, a hole on the metal part of the patio enclosure, and a big stain on the garage door. When I called them to complain, they came and said the dots on the concrete were old (which is not true,) they "fixed" the hole with a hammer, and offered me $450 to paint the garage door. So 4 months have passed... I have called 4 times... and the check hasn't arrived. Every time I call, the customer service representative says that they cannot pass me to anybody in charge because "they don't work in the office, but they already know about this, and someone would call me back." His and Her Roofing identified our roofing issues. Unfortunately our insurance fought it. In the meantime the customer service department was always available to answer questions. We ended up having to sue the insurance company and they finally approved it. Once approved His and Her Roofing replaced the roof rather quickly. They were transparent about the roofing products they used and if they didn't know they found out. Although it was a long process, I'd give them 5 stars because they are willing to work with you. read more

They lie and use shady third parties to swindle you our of your money and trap you in desperate situations. They came to my house and said I had hail damage to my home and that they could put in a claim for me that would not cost me anything. If the claim went through they would get the contract and otherwise they would eat the cost. They forced me into working with their shady third party company that was completely unresponsive and unable to even schedule inspections. After 6 months my claim has been denied twice, and now my options are either to sue the insurance company or pay them 2k. The experience was the worst I have had since buying my house. read more

While I'm generally pleased with the job H&H did, the headache of scheduling, required follow-up, dealing with so many different people, and their trying to ask for more money the day before delivery (after ordering my shingles 5 months prior), are all reasons I wouldn't do business with them ever again. The team also left me a mess to pick-up and showed up unannounced with 6 guys on my roof to put in one screw in a gutter they'd damaged. 1 guy worked while the other 5 played on my roof and in front of my house. I don't mind if you don't speak English, but you should have one guy on the team that can. It wouldn't have taken much effort to get a glowing rating from me, but the unprofessionalism displayed was worthy of warning others to be prepared for headaches. read more

If this company knocks on your door and tells you they can get you a free roof they are lying. After they have you sign over the rights to your insurance claim, they sue your insurance company. Then they get that money but tell you you have to pay a large deductible to them. Then they do part of the job they promised and tell you the insurance company didn't give them enough money to do the entire job. Of course, they never told you about that possibility at the beginning of the process. Your insurance company cancels your coverage because of the claim and no one else will write you because the job isn't complete. This company is unethical. Do not deal with them!! read more

Do not trust anything this company says or does. They are out to scam older people and will lie directly to your face. They say it will be free but in reality you'll end up paying thousands of dollars. Not only did they try to get out of doing our additional unit (when it was documented it would be done) but they put on old shingles and the roof failed inspection. This company hires door-to-door solicitors hawking a supposedly "free" roofing inspection; costs to be paid for by insurance. (Pushing such dubious claims by assignment of benefits is a large contributor to why insurance premiums are so high.) The young man they hired claimed that I had uplift on my home's architectural shingles near a valley on the northwest corner. Not a chance, since I regularly clean off and inspect the roof myself several times a year and always after a windstorm event. When I challenged him on what he was seeing (disagreeing with his observations/conclusion), he stuck to his guns. Not a "maybe" or "if we can get a closer look on the roof" kind of genuine qualification--which I imagine is what a competent, cautious roofer would add to any such statement--he maintained that he could "see" uplift from the ground at a distance of 30' from the roofline, standing on the sidewalk. Whatever his training was (he admitted he was not himself a roofer or inspector), I'm sure he was encouraged to try and sell a "free" inspection which he immediately claimed was not a solicitation, since it wasn't something more than $35 (even though present law sets that limit at $25, see Sec. 501.021(1)). Ben worked with the insurance company, as well as the city, to get the permits and paperwork needed in time. The roofing job was completed within 2 days and looks great. Communication with Ben and Heather in the office was always fast and easy. His and Hers Roofing, LLC IS OUT TO DEFRAUD HOMEOWNERS AND INSURANCE COMPANIES AND BULLY HOMEOWNERS INTO GOING ALONG WITH THEIR SCAM! On 12/17/21, two young reps from His and Hers Roofing, LLC came knocking on my door, and said if I sign their form, it will allow them to go up on my roof to inspect for damage and talk to my insurance company on my behalf IF THERE IS DAMAGE. Since the form was for the purposes the reps stated (i.e., to go up on my roof and to talk to my insurance co. if there is damage), I signed their form. However, I was clearly misled by the reps as the form is actually an Assignment Agreement (which gives His and Hers Roofing the right to sue your insurance co. WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT). My repeated calls to His and Hers to cancel their assignment agreement were met with them telling me it's too late to cancel. Now, His and Hers is in a lawsuit against my insurance co. without my consent. And without my knowledge and consent, His and Hers added my name to the lawsuit. His and Hers has been lying to me from day one. In an effort to cancel the agreement, I spoke to His and Hers' attorney and managers. Their replies were unethical and intimidating. His and Hers is a deceptive business with employees trained to mislead the homeowner and bully those that want to cancel their agreements. It is abundantly clear that His and Hers' sole purpose is to get their assignment agreement signed which gives them the right to sue your insurance company without your acknowledge and consent only to profit their own pockets. They do not care about the homeowner. I would not trust His and Hers Roofing LLC and certainly would not trust them to replace or repair my roof. read more
