After reading some great reviews here, I reached out to Ela. Within moments, I felt the difference in the level of compedency and attention. Ela went above and beyond. She called me that evening and began working on my policy. The next morning Ela called and went through everything in the policy and also got me the best rate. Within moments I had the right policy and everything necessary was emailed to my mortgage broker. The company seems closely knit and culturally aligned with the area of Brooklyn and Queens. I highly recommend Greenpoint Insurance Brokerage!

We never dealt with Farmers before and were a little skeptical at first. The office is on a second floor of a newly renovated building, place is very clean and modern looking, we only had to wait for a few minutes and a very friendly agent by the name Christina welcomed us warmly. Honestly speaking we weren't planning to sign anything up right away but 10 minutes into quoting we were pleasantly shocked by how much more we were paying to 1 of the "most advertised insurance companies on TV" that we had for almost 10 years and the switch was no brainer. Farmers Insurance AMatin agency not only improved our coverage but we also saved over 25% in our first year with this agency and in addition they will give us an additional savings of 20% at renewal. We are thrilled with their professional service and exceptional follow through. Highest level of service with the most competitive pricing. We are happy to recommend this firm to everyone. Don't hesitate and see Christina now, she will save you a lot of money. Two thumbs up to Farmers Astoria.
