Best Coverage came to me 1y ago from my real estate attorney and real estate agent both with recommend during a search for home insurance while purchasing a home. I wish I had found Best Coverage sooner because the process was infinitely less painful than the last home is sure who was a very poor customer service with only a phone number and frequent email responses best coverage by contrast reply very quickly to emails and is immensely thorough and proactive about all actions and answering questions before I even have to ask such efficiency crates but not just better customer service experience but better outcome financially, emotionally, and legally. Agent Shirley W. is the best and I personally high recommend her after multiple policies. She is never pressuresome, is very clear and impartial about giving quotes, and clearly succinctly relays the much education around insurance (although I am already rather educated in a due to plentiful prior experience). The location is a little weird. Address is 250 grand street but the entrance is on chrystie street right by the entrance to the B and D train station. Walking up the stairs had me questioning my self because it looked so shady. Even though the appearance of the place didn't look too attractive, this place provides excellent service. Shirley was just a pleasure to work with. I provided her with my budget and she was able to find me an insurance that was within my budget and in a timely manner. She explained the different coverages in detail and provided advice on the coverage limits that i should be purchasing.
