I was working specifically with Ashley Macholda; she called me one morning and we scheduled an interview so that she could get to know me a little more and ask what kind of jobs I was searching for in particular. If you decide that you want to work with them you fill out a couple of online forms and they send you an evaluation test so that they can see what your skill-set looks like (nothing to be intimidated by and everything comes with detailed instructions). All within a week, she had me scheduled for two interviews and job offers from both companies AND they were both in my city!!! I mean, if you don't think that's awesome then I don't know what to tell you! The shorter the commute, the better!!! haha. Ashley also followed up with me after my interviews just to ask how they went! Above and beyond, I must say! Ashley and her team are phenomenal and very professional!!! Anytime I had a question via email or called, they were right there! I even felt that I had become good friends with the receptionist and was very pleased to finally meet her whenever I visited the office. Responses were prompt; just exceptional in every way.
