This was my first time ever working with a staffing/temp agency and I must say, I am very pleased!!! I was applying to jobs on indeed, not realizing that I applied to a staffing company until they called me, wanting to interview. I was a little hesitant at first being that I've never used a staffing agency before but I'm really glad that I gave it a chance! I was working specifically with Ashley Macholda; she called me one morning and we scheduled an interview so that she could get to know me a little more and ask what kind of jobs I was searching for in particular. If you decide that you want to work with them you fill out a couple of online forms and they send you an evaluation test so that they can see what your skill-set looks like (nothing to be intimidated by and everything comes with detailed instructions). All within a week, she had me scheduled for two interviews and job offers from both companies AND they were both in my city!!! I mean, if you don't think that's awesome then I don't know what to tell you! The shorter the commute, the better!!! haha. Ashley also followed up with me after my interviews just to ask how they went! Above and beyond, I must say! Ashley and her team are phenomenal and very professional!!! Anytime I had a question via email or called, they were right there! I even felt that I had become good friends with the receptionist and was very pleased to finally meet her whenever I visited the office. Responses were prompt; just exceptional in every way. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with them, I don't think they'd regret it one bit! Very impressed!!! read more

I had a terrible experience with this company. Called and got an interview set up with a "Sheila" waited around and never got a call for my interview.. so I called Robert half back she had not left any notes in my account and literally had just forgot about my interview. Talked to a Jessica who was nice and told me I should be getting a call back from Sheila by the end of the day... that was over a week ago. Disappointing read more

Started out great received good opportunities. Went down hill a couple of months later. No communication, no work opportunities. The recruiters work on commission. They only give you work if they like you. Recruiters ghost you. Received fake spoof offers from out of state Robert Half recruiters. Not sure if they were even real. Temp agencies are all garbage. read more

5 stars for my former recruiter, Chad Hooper. He was one of the most courteous and professional headhunters I've ever encountered. I thought I had a good working knowledge of networking but he taught me how to do it even better. To explain myself, Chad was so good he was recruited by another company and he still stayed in touch with me and other temps. He's on LinkedIn and posts on the website regularly. He was upfront with me and didn't beat around the bushes. One thing I found unnerving about the Mission Viejo location of Office Team is the lack of soundproofing in the interview offices. I could hear the other woman in the next office being interviewed. She had arrived late to her appointment because she had gotten into an accident on the way to the office! Chad was empathic and made sure she was okay. The reason I am taking off two stars is for the delay of my paycheck. I signed up for direct deposit and they set it up correctly. The only problem? I got a temporary assignment with a company after Chad had left for another job. When my paycheck was delayed, I called and asked about it. Natalie (Don't remember her last name because it changed after she got married) was really nice and tried to help, but the direct deposit took forever to arrive. If I recall correctly, someone told me the HR woman at the company for which I temped took a long time to sign off on the timesheet forms. Another reason for the stars taken off is I received what I feel were too many e-mails from recruiters from their office and other OT offices. They were often for bilingual Korean/English jobs. In my opinion, what they were offering for these bilingual jobs was too low. Working in two languages can be two or even three times the work of doing business in one language, maybe more. Translation/Interpretation services are more valuable than they give credit for, in my view. Please consider asking for more money if they ask you to do bilingual work. I will give them credit for supplying us with Salary Guides. If you read the salary guide, you could tell what the industry average was for the jobs that were available. Most of the people working here were cool; Natalie was very fashionable and kind. If I wasn't able to find permanent employment, I would consider coming back here and working for them again as a temp. Note: This review is extremely delayed. I temped for OT in 2011. I appreciated getting the work. Sometimes the office staff seemed disorganized, but there was a high volume of applicants at the time. Also, be sure to study up on the current editions of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft Word so that you shine during the testing. It doesn't hurt to know InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. The more software you are familiar with, the better you will do in the testing and the more opportunities will be available to you. read more

I have had such an incredible experience working with OfficeTeam! I am a recent college grad with plenty of transferable skills and internship experience... but with the help of Taylor Chase and Ashley Macholda, I landed a temp-hire position with a great company. I am refining my skills as a HR Assistant and am blown away by how quickly OfficeTeam found me a perfect match! I would recommend giving this location/staffing agency a try! If anything... it is just another resource during your job search. Good luck everyone. read more

I've worked with RH on and off for a couple of years now. I even worked at one of their offices as a receptionist and everybody is just very helpful and kind. This go around I had Sam Balsz help and me. I was looking for something temporary and for a specific time period and she literally found me the perfect assignment. I will definitely be recommending not only Sam but RH as a staffing agency to other who are looking for employment opportunities. read more

Most of the "service" you get here is just ridiculously unprofessional, from every standpoint. Marlene at the front desk is notoriously rude and condescending. She freely criticizes interviewees once they leave the room. There's no excuse for her terrible attitude. The smaller meeting rooms in the front have paper-thin walls, and the recruiters use them for interviewing candidates. If you meet with Ashley about being placed, be prepared for anyone in the waiting area or other neighboring rooms to hear about your pay history, career goals, and everything else you talk about during your conversation, because she is that loud. They also don't care about your true fitness for the jobs they pitch to you; to them, a square peg and a round hole go together just fine. I personally overheard Ashley pitch an *entry level sales role* to someone who had gone to school for drafting/architecture AND BROUGHT A PORTFOLIO OF BLUEPRINTS TO HIS INTERVIEW. Does that sound like someone who came in to find a sales job??? Everything you tell them goes in one ear and out the other. They just want to make money off of your work, and they don't have a limit to how much they'll rob you. read more

My experience with RH has been off the chart fantastic. Got a quick response from the agency and from the get go of the first week they've sent me out to a few companies. Where I'm at now is the best fit. Pleased with the office culture match. Can't say enough positive things about Kristen Kimura, Madison Montgomery, and Marlene Young. Very responsive. I had a few specs and all were met. Exceptional team from beginning, middle, to end. Hired as perm prior to 90 day mark. read more

I'm extremely grateful for this company. In the midst of Covid they were able to place me with a temp to hire job almost immediately. Kristen was the first person to contact me and has been absolutely fantastic with communication, her follow up with me while I was on the job was great and she would listen Whenever I had a concern or question she was there to help. What's great about the team is that if you have an issue, or concern you can really talk to them and they will see what they can do to help your experience wether it be work related or personal. If you're not sure about this app or "if it works" just do it. Thank you Kristen, Samantha, and Marlene for being very helpful. SA read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Office Team is seriously worthless.... Have you EVER known anyone who they have helped?? They have never called me, don't return calls, and are rude.... There is a extra hot seat in hell for this place... read more

I was so happy to work with OfficeTeam. At a time when I needed a new job, their team was ready with offers and professional help. They let me know, with honesty, what the job entailed and its full description. The company they connected me with was truly a great company that cares for its employees and I was so impressed. I definitely recommend OfficeTeam. Their professionalism and willingness to help was really refreshing. I look forward to being in touch with OfficeTeam and continuing to use their services whenever needed. read more

I've had a great experience working with the team! Kristin got both my husband and I jobs and exactly what we were looking for. I've already recommended her to a few friends and my sister. If you're looking for a new career/job/summer job or whatever these people are great. Super easy to work with and you get paid weekly by submitting your hours. Their website/app is a little difficult to navigate but if you save the desktop version of their time clock to your home screen on your iPhone you can have it as an app on your phone. That's the best way. Thank you all at Office Team! :) read more

5 stars go to Ashley MacHolda and her team! I searched through the positions they had available online and emailed them on a Wednesday night. Ashley called me by 8 am the next morning and set up a video interview later that same day. Her partner Kelli called me the following day saying if I would like to interview for a company that upcoming Monday. It was exactly the type of position I was looking for and I received notice that I got the position the next day. My mother was also being helped by Ashley within the same time frame and also got the job. Within the matter of a week, my mother and I, both found new job opportunities thanks to Ashley being so prompt and efficient. She is great at what she does. I've never worked with an agency like OfficeTeam before and I'm grateful that it has been a wonderful experience thus far. read more

I was appalled at the snotty treatment and comments about my so called "lack of qualifications" when I attempted to seek employment through this agency. I have since found a long term position through another agency whereas I was able to prove myself and earn high praises and encouragement from the organization I worked for ; even told I could use them as a reference in the future! Will never again approach Robert Half for seeking future employment . read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about OfficeTeam. They have helped me find the perfect role in a company that I truly enjoy being a part of. I had a great experience with Accountemps. I worked with Kimberly and Ryan! They helped me find the perfect fit with a company that matched my skill set and background. So if you're in need of a job, I highly recommend giving them a call. They are all so sweet and helpful! You won't regret asking them to help you during your job search read more

These people are jokes. I wonder how there are many good star reviews. Every single time you call them the only response you will get is that they are at the meeting. Always. I was asked multiple times to send in the resume via email to multiple people and they never get back. I sent many follow up emails still no response. Complete disaster. read more

Wow. OfficeTeam is amazing. The office contacted me right after I visited their office. I had a temp position the following Monday. Overall, my experience with Robert Half has been nothing of short of great! Even during COVID-19, I was placed in a temporary position within a few short days of reaching out to the company. The entire staff at this agency is helpful. After months of job hunting, I decided to give them a try when my former college, Chapman University recommended them. The staff at this agency are kind, motivated, and efficient. I went to them with a clear list of what I wanted in a temp job. They exceeded my expectations! I worked with Kristin, Ashley, and Madeline throughout my process. They always responded to emails/phone calls in a timely manner and if they didn't know an exact answer, they did their research and found out. I just got hired at the company that they placed me at and could not be happier. read more

Ryan McCray & Kimberly Kenner are awesome! They found me a job in December last year. It's very difficult to find a job in the holiday season. OfficeTeam in Laguna Niguel is awesome! They helped me find my summer job quickly and efficiently, and I got to work full-time with a company that utilized my previous and improved my skills. The people at OfficeTeam are also very attentive and quick to respond. I can easily contact them when I need to, and they make sure I'm doing okay at my job. Thank you! read more

The other reviewers are right to say that this location is pretty terrible. Most of the jobs on their website are "positions we are pursuing" rather than legitimate openings. When I would call in to follow up on the few positions that were actually real, I kept getting the runaround from the employees. Employees would tell me that they would give me updates in one or two days about jobs I applied for. Yet, I would never receive a call or an email. They went so long without finding me work that I had to come in and enter my paperwork a second time. It's sad that this office does such a terrible job since they were a great place in 2005. When I first signed up with them back in 2005, they did a great job finding me work. They eventually got me a job with Cox Communications, which lasted until the peak of the recession. read more

So grateful to Kristin for helping me end my lengthy job search. She took off the pressure I was feeling from almost a year of job searching and got me placed within two weeks! That temp position has now turned into a permanent position at an awesome company. She even did all the salary negotiating for me for my offer! OfficeTeam truly took out all the "difficult" parts of finding a job and made it easier for me to just focus on doing well in my position. I hope I won't need to use them again, but if I'm ever in a position where I'd need to, Kristin will be my first call! read more

I actually would rather rate them with negative 5. They are useless. I've only known one person they helped find a job and that person said Robert half lied to them about that job. Both times I signed up with them they did absolutely nothing. Don't waste your time! Go someplace else. read more

I would just like to say I have worked with Office Team for almost 3 years starting with Ashley and now with Ashley, Kelly and Kristen. They are so great and easy to work with. They have gotten me 3 amazing jobs. And are super friendly and work super hard for you. Robert half is great to work with. They are all very helpful and very responsive with any questions that come up.

OfficeTeam is the best resource for staffing! Their level of customer service is impeccable. Their team was able to assist me with a phone interview and an in person interview in a timely manner. Branch manager, Jennifer Caison has proven to be such a great help. Her level of committment is outstanding. Both she and her partner Ashley were on top of their A game by responding to my calls and e-mails. Not only were there constant follow ups, OfficeTeam in Laguna Niguel put me to work quickly. I was also offered a great training resource that allowed me to brush up on my skills. Mike Vass is great too! He's always willing to answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend OfficeTeam, especially after "working" with other staffing firms. This is by far the most reputable firm I've worked with. Phone calls and e-mails are returned. Their team is aggressive in putting their candidates to work. read more

I had quit a job I had for 6 years for personal reasons, I was lost not knowing what direction to take then I decided to give temp agencies a chance. All treated me like another number to fill their monthly quota. I was ready to give up on temp agencies when I decided to go to my last interview. I was very rude. I said " if you wanted me to come to meet your number you could have done it over the phone". I left. An hour after they called me to tell me I had a job. I had 2 assignments in 15 months, I learned so much I did not mind temping so much. I received my bonus a few days ago. It's great to see a week extra pay just for temping. They offer very competitive benefits package that includes sick time. I had a great time. Vanessa and Rob know what they are doing, know how to keep you and their clients happy. I recomend Accountemps if you are experienced or straight out of college. read more
