I will start off by saying the ladies I have spoken with today from OfficeTeam are amazing. I moved to California 4.5 months ago from Missouri. I have been applying to jobs on my own and have gotten nowhere. I have even signed up with two staffing agencies in my immediate location. That being said, I still haven't gotten any work. I have a decent amount of experience and a BS degree, but still that wasn't getting me anywhere. I finally came across OfficeTeam's website. I gave them a call and have been pleasantly surprised. This is the best Temp Angency to work for! I've had the pleasure to work with Kim and she is a straight shooter. She is professional, honest and reliable. Anytime I had any concerns regarding my assignment she was available or she would give me a time she would get back to me. One thing, I must admit- Kim has an impeccable memory! Which is crazy, because she works with several candidates throughout the day. Never, did I feel like just another person filling a position because Kim took her time to check in with me weekly. I also spoke to Marlene a few times who was very friendly each time I called the office. Ashley and Ryan are also great contacts at the office, each time I spoke to them they were very professional and nice to me. I like how convenient the timesheet log in is, the fact that I can do it right from my phone is a plus! I appreciate how easy it is to use their website. I've worked for other temps agencies before, however Account Temps by far is the best. You don't like the assignment you are in in?? I was really excited when I hear back from them after filling out an application on their website. I interviewed (which took over an hour) and after filling out tons of paper work, then some computer survey I just sat and waited for my less then 3 minutes with a person. They said they would be sending me paperwork to fill out. Never got the email. I called twice the fallowing day and never got a return call. Then I called a week later because my availability changed. Never got a call. Then one Monday while at my part time job they call. I can't call them till after work but they are closed. So I call twice the next day and again no return calls from them and I wasn't given the option to leave a message on the ladies private line. The following day I finally get a call informing me I missed the interview for a job. Well thanks for never calling me back! This place is worthless I've had more luck on my own. read more

The office run by Kelli Cornell, Kristin Kimura, and Ashley MacHolda is the best office team to work with from Robert Half. They are very quick to get back to you on phone calls, emails, or text messages you send them. They try to make sure they match you with what you want and do actually listen to you goals and concerns. I have worked with other recruiting companies besides them but the other companies just put me down and said I didn't deserve the amount of money that I was asking for.
