I will start off by saying the ladies I have spoken with today from OfficeTeam are amazing. I moved to California 4.5 months ago from Missouri. I have been applying to jobs on my own and have gotten nowhere. I have even signed up with two staffing agencies in my immediate location. That being said, I still haven't gotten any work. I have a decent amount of experience and a BS degree, but still that wasn't getting me anywhere. I finally came across OfficeTeam's website. I gave them a call and have been pleasantly surprised. They set up a Skype interview with me today and even called me to tell me about a few more positions they felt were a good fit for me. Although I haven't landed a job yet, I am very hopeful and confident that I will have one soon. I had almost but given up on my search, but these ladies have truly helped boost my confidence back up. Thank you very much Ashley MacHolda, Kristin Kimura, and Kelli Cornell!!! read more

This staffing agency was extremely helpful with finding me a great opportunity!! Ashley is awesome and very helpful. The agency works very hard to match their employees with the right employer and act quickly on great opportunities, Thank you :) read more

Ashley Macholda has been incredibly helpful during this whole process. To start, after I applied online I was given the option to have a Skype interview with her 30mins later. This quick turnaround happened because the exact position I was looking for just opened up and Ashley wanted to get my name to their recruiter as soon as possible! She contacted my references the next day (my paperwork was done after hours) and started compiling her talking points about me soon after. I even had a questions about interviewing and she was more than helpful. She truly understands my concerns and wants to be there to help as much as possible. Lastly, despite not having the qualifications the company was looking for in a candidate, Ashley already found me a new potential opportunity and is currently working to help me find work. Great communication between us, great customer service, and an awesome all around experience! read more

Thank you so much to Ryan McCray and his team for helping me land several incredible opportunities including my most recent permanent placement position. I have been super successful and happy in the work that I have found through Ryan McCray in the Laguna Niguel office. Ryan really understands how to match candidates with jobs that fit the candidates skill set and interests. I also like that Ryan checks-in frequently to see how the work is going. Ryan is truly the best in the recruitment business. If you are looking for Accounting work in the South OC area? Accountemps and Ryan McCray and his team should be your first and only call. Again, I am super thankful to Ryan McCray and his team. read more

I have interacted with a few agencies these past few years and Accountemps has been the best experience by far. Both Kimberly and Ryan have been so genuine and helpful. They always listened to what I wanted and within 2 weeks they were able to help me land a position that jump started my accounting career. Throughout my time with them they have been really communicative and accessible to me via email or phone. Meeting them and working with them has been such a pleasure. Can't thank you guys enough! read more

I was really excited when I hear back from them after filling out an application on their website. I interviewed (which took over an hour) and after filling out tons of paper work, then some computer survey I just sat and waited for my less then 3 minutes with a person. They said they would be sending me paperwork to fill out. Never got the email. I called twice the fallowing day and never got a return call. Then I called a week later because my availability changed. Never got a call. Then one Monday while at my part time job they call. I can't call them till after work but they are closed. So I call twice the next day and again no return calls from them and I wasn't given the option to leave a message on the ladies private line. The following day I finally get a call informing me I missed the interview for a job. Well thanks for never calling me back! This place is worthless I've had more luck on my own. read more

I have to agree. This company doesn't do anything. They told me there was a job for me, but then never set me up for an interview. I eventually gave up. I wouldn't go back. I'm not sure how they are still in business! read more

This is the best Temp Angency to work for! I've had the pleasure to work with Kim and she is a straight shooter. She is professional, honest and reliable. Anytime I had any concerns regarding my assignment she was available or she would give me a time she would get back to me. One thing, I must admit- Kim has an impeccable memory! Which is crazy, because she works with several candidates throughout the day. Never, did I feel like just another person filling a position because Kim took her time to check in with me weekly. I also spoke to Marlene a few times who was very friendly each time I called the office. Ashley and Ryan are also great contacts at the office, each time I spoke to them they were very professional and nice to me. I like how convenient the timesheet log in is, the fact that I can do it right from my phone is a plus! I appreciate how easy it is to use their website. I've worked for other temps agencies before, however Account Temps by far is the best. You don't like the assignment you are in in?? No problem they will place you right where you can thrive and succeed. I had an assignment a few years ago that became a permanent position and it was this same office that placed me in the role! If you need a job fast then this Temp Angency is the place to call! read more

Robert Half was recommended to me by a friend, I had never worked for a Temp agency before and had no ideal what to expect. For a person who has worked in the retail industry I had obvious anxiety about being able to transition to an office environment. The constant consideration of Kirstin Kimura,Ashley Macholda, Kim Kenner, Nicolas Anello, and even Marlene the receptionist at the front desk has made me feel like not only a valuable member of the team but that they genuinely care about my work well being and my enjoyment of my assignments. I have honestly never worked for a company so attentive and nurturing. Robert half has over 300 different locations as well so joining their team has uncovered a lot of new avenues in my career path. Everything is digital for quickness and effecency and the company is completely professional in how they execute providing the best work force solutions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a refreshing new career or even just brushing up on skills you already have. The possibilities are endless with this company. read more

Truly disappointed with the service here. I waited from 11:25 to 12:00 and nobody came out. All I heard were people talking about frozen snickers bars and frappuccinos. Huge waste of my time. read more

Kimberly Kenner is the recruiter who has not only helped me land multiple full time positions but also has helped me grow as a person. Whenever I had any questions during the process, Kim would always help me out and she also gave me advice when I didn't know how to handle certain professional situations. She's extremely friendly and is quite eloquent. Because of the positive experience I had with Kim, I decided to introduce my friends to Kim and she ended up helping them land full time positions! So if you're someone looking for a job, I would highly recommend you to contact Accountemps ASAP because recruiters like Kim can most definitely help you out. Kim has been more than just a recruiter to me; she's been a friend. I think that's the type of recruiters that you would want to help in your career. Thank you Kim. read more

The office run by Kelli Cornell, Kristin Kimura, and Ashley MacHolda is the best office team to work with from Robert Half. They are very quick to get back to you on phone calls, emails, or text messages you send them. They try to make sure they match you with what you want and do actually listen to you goals and concerns. I have worked with other recruiting companies besides them but the other companies just put me down and said I didn't deserve the amount of money that I was asking for. This office team will NOT do that. This group of girls is very professional and friendly. I would definitely go back to them if I am in need of a job in the future. read more

While on my first big boy job search after college, I was sending my resume out everywhere through all the different channels and getting just nibbles from employers. While other companies showed passive interest in interviewing me, OfficeTeam was the first big biter that really showed a strong interest in working with me. A temp agency wasn't even something I had thought about trying, but I decided to give it a go. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical what kind of work they would find for a recent college grad. I was contacted by Ashley Macholda on a Thursday, did a skills assessment/interview with her the next day and just five days later they had me placed with a great company in my city! After I started my temp position, they could have just been done with me and said job done, but they followed up regularly to see how I was liking my position. Now just two months later, I have become a permanent employee at the company. Ashley and her team do an exceptional job in working professionally, efficiently and with a caring personality. I felt like I could reach out to them with anything and they responded very quickly to my emails and calls. I would recommend Ashley and her team to my friends, family or any job seeker. Keep it up! read more

Three cheers for the Office Team in Laguna Niguel with special thanks to Ashley Macholda, the Manager who helped me find my next career position quickly. All of the Team members were great to work with but Ashley worked closely with me and demonstrated her passion to help me find the best position possible to compliment my skills and experience in a very challenging job market. I signed up with Office Team at the end of October and by early November, I was sent on my first interview with a local manufacturing firm. I was called back the same week for a second interview and was made an offer the following week! Needless to say, I was thrilled to get this opportunity, thanks to Ashley's support and guidance. I highly recommend this employment agency to anyone who is in need of some help with finding their next great position. I can honestly state that Office Team is the best employment agency that I have ever had the opportunity to work with and would not hesitate to work with them again. read more
