A 1 star is way too much, if i could give you 0 stars i would,
I have been with this Sh!^* Co for about a year, this is my issue:
it started ok, I got some assignment at the beginning, but than, they started to disappear, every week I would send them my assignment schedule, specifying the days I could and could not work, on the days I could not work, they would call me and ask me to work, (seriously) do you even looked at the schedule? than, I would get assignments from different people in the scheduling department, Marco, Many and others, I would get the assignment, (Marco is an A$$*) I would show up, and it turns out they had canceled the assignment, and I wasted a whole fucken day when I could have been doing other things to generate business since I am able to do Re-Sale, this happened A LOT!!! SO UNPROFESIONAL AND DON'T GIVE A SINGLE F*#$* ABOUT YOUR TIME, when you call and asked them, so what happened? why didn't you call me/text to tell me the client had canceled?, This way, i wouldn't have rushed to get ready and go to the assignment, their stupid response was, 'I'm sorry, I just saw the note" this was hours later and on a few occasions, the client had called a day before to cancel, but they don't bother to look at the notes.
When this Pandemic happened, or around when it started, I was sent to an assignment, and same shit, I got there and the office was closed, I called the onsite agent to find how to get into the office since the key was removed from its original location, and in other instances the super intendant for a location, said to me, "we called JWilliams to cancel, didn't they tell you?" NO THEY DID NOT. HEY, WHERE IS YOUR PREFESIONALISM AND RESONSABILITY TO US, WHERE??? I had to find out thru an on site agent at a builder's site that JWILLIAMS was canceling all assignments, so if you say you "CARE" where the hell were you with this very important information about canceling all assignments?
and now that the market is opening up, I have been talking with a few clients-prospects that I have, they are looking for a new construction home, so I invited them to come over to take a look to a site, this was WAY before I got the assignment and before I even knew about the CO needing someone go to a site to cover a shift at that location.
I get a call, and she is telling me that I can't do that, and I cannot invite my clients to a site when I am on assignment, ok I can get that part, and I can also understand where the conflict of interest might arise, but this happened before I got the assignment and WAY BEFORE I EVEN STEPED FOOT ON THIS LOCATION, hey, you say you care about your reputation with your clients, well, let me ask you, do you even care about your AFFILIATES AT ALL??? because you sure as hell don't show it, and to add to this, YOU can't tell me i can't make money (not in so many words) but if i have a client, i am making a SALE because your minimum wage is NOT PAYING THE BILLS, so we (Licensed Agents) had to look elsewhere to make money and make ends meet.
I tried calling one guy at your office to help me with my resume and possibly getting hired around last October/November (Claudette gave me his name, but can't remember it, Claudette was the only person that showed care and compassion for the stress that one goes thru in this type of assignments, so my thanks to her), This guy, I only spoke with him for a few seconds before i had to hang up (i was on assignment and a prospect had come into the sales office) and when i tried calling him back, nothing, not even crickets, i sent him emails, called several times and left him a message, and NOTHING, he did not care, never called me back or emailed me. another proof that this Co. does not care about the agents that are trying to get into new home sales.
I can go on and on and on, and this could turn into a 100 page B.S. I guess you can say with this review, i am telling you that I QUIT, I JUST GOT TIRE OF YOUR BULLSHIT- AM MAKING MORE MONEY THAN $13 P/HR. WORKING ONLY 1-3 DAYS PER WEEK (if that).
the agents that got in to new home sales, good for them, and you got lucky, yes lucky. JWILLIAMS DON'T TELL YOU THAT IT IS HARD TO GET INTO THIS BUSINESS, BUILDERS WANT EXPERIENCE AS A NEW SALES AGENT, FOR THE MOST PART, BUILDERS WON'T EVEN CONSIDER YOU IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE, i am writing this, because of all of the conversations i have had with Superintendents, New Home Sales Agents and even a few of the recruiting managers for builders.
DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE JOINING THIS CO.
