I was applying to jobs on indeed, not realizing that I applied to a staffing company until they called me, wanting to interview. I was a little hesitant at first being that I've never used a staffing agency before but I'm really glad that I gave it a chance! I was working specifically with Ashley Macholda; she called me one morning and we scheduled an interview so that she could get to know me a little more and ask what kind of jobs I was searching for in particular. If you decide that you want to work with them you fill out a couple of online forms and they send you an evaluation test so that they can see what your skill-set looks like (nothing to be intimidated by and everything comes with detailed instructions). All within a week, she had me scheduled for two interviews and job offers from both companies AND they were both in my city!!! I mean, if you don't think that's awesome then I don't know what to tell you! The shorter the commute, the better!!! haha. Ashley also followed up with me after my interviews just to ask how they went! Above and beyond, I must say! Ashley and her team are phenomenal and very professional!!! Anytime I had a question via email or called, they were right there! I even felt that I had become good friends with the receptionist and was very pleased to finally meet her whenever I visited the office. Responses were prompt; just exceptional in every way. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with them, I don't think they'd regret it one bit! Very impressed!!!

I had 2 friends who were fresh out of law school with some decent experience and a desire to get hired at a top firm. I ran into one of Rifkin Consulting's postings online and thought it sounded like a great place to refer my friends. Out of curiosity I tagged along when my buddy Mark went to meet with the recruiters. I have to say they were great. The owner, Diane, was very nice and very focused on my friend's legal goals. Mental note: if all recruiters are like this, hire a recruiter in my job field. All in all, from what I experienced, she took the time to find out what he wanted in his career and she took the time to mentor my friend all the way through the hiring process. He's now happily employed as an attorney thanks to this place. And I think he owes me dinner for finding them!

I was amazed by their efficiency and dedication in following up in what was a simple informational call to full-time (but temporary) employment in less than a week! I randomly phoned in one day in August soon after moving down here in the OC, just to get a general type of idea of places that were hiring around the area and what potential skills I could develop/were in demand as a recent college grad during a full-blown pandemic. Within 2 days of them simply getting down my qualifications/info were they able to call ME back (instead of the other way around!!) and offer me a job that fit within my criteria. While I'm sure it was definitely a mixture of sweet lady luck and perfect timing, it was still awesome that Cindy consistently followed up and made sure both me and my employer were both happy with the results. I am now transitioning to full-term employment a few months later and happy I'm able to work during these difficult times. Highly recommend the agency to anyone who is in need of employment that works for them and struggling to see results in the job hunt.
