We didn’t start Hired because the world needed another home service company - we started it because it needed one that didn’t suck. We’ve watched the trades burn people out with long hours, bad leadership, and companies chasing profit instead of pride. That’s not us. Work should feel good at the end of the day.
Hired is family-owned - built by us, for people like us - to make an honest living doing work that genuinely helps someone. We want our kids to see that the “rat race” isn’t the only path. You can build something better with your own hands and treat people right along the way.
