But Dalton, my sales rep was on top of it. He managed to pulled out all the stops. From the time I first spoke with him, he had the tracks changed out, the servicing/inspection and the unit (with a trailer) shipped to me in under 1.5 weeks. All of this at a reasonable price! Al, from Marks services helped us locate parts, we had to go to 5 different places to get everything, including as far as Council Bluffs, IA. He then came in on his day off and even had to modify the axle to fit because we couldn't get the right one. He had us back on the road in 3 hours. The owner was always very good about being on top of everything and getting your garments back to you right away. Even a couple of times when I forgot I had something there she was great about calling to remind me. The quality was consistently good and I was always pleased with the results of the mending. She even once had to replace some straps on a dress that had been damaged and she did a great job finding replacements that went well with the dress. Her prices for mending are very affordable and this combined with her excellent quality work and quick turn around made this a very solid place for me to take in my mending.
