Broke down in Lincoln, NE. Trailer needed new axle, tires and rims. Could not find parts or repair that didn't tell us 28 days out. Al, from Marks services helped us locate parts, we had to go to 5 different places to get everything, including as far as Council Bluffs, IA. He then came in on his day off and even had to modify the axle to fit because we couldn't get the right one. He had us back on the road in 3 hours. Thanks to the owner, Mark for opening shop and letting Al do our repairs. Their service was terrific and very fair. Nice to see there is still nice honest people out there!
