But the rest is not so good and simply a very good deception scheme by your company. The hidden charges is where you simply take advantage of your customer after the fact and that is not ok!!! I rent quite a few dumpsters for my business throughout the coarse of the year and have never had an extra charge for weight until your company. I Rented a 20 yard dumpster and only filled 3/4 way up with the kitchen cabinets, single bathroom subfloor, and 800sq. ft. of carpet. Find it really hard to believe that it weighed over the 1.5 ton limit. But what can a person do to dispute your claim. Nothing!!! This company is less than ethical so buyer beware because you will 100% get taken advantage of by using this company. Do yourself a favor and call someone else that does not take advantage of you. As a Christmas gift you can have my $48.75 overage charge for allowing me to write this review as well as be a topic of conversation for the future referrals away from your company.
