I used the 20 yard dumpster for seven days and filled it with furniture. They picked it up a day late. And then called me four days later and told me it was over the weight and there would be an additional $150 charge. I asked the lady how many tons are allowed and her reply was "I don't know" I will use bin there dump that 1000 times before I call RMS again. read more

I contracted RMS to have multiple dumpsters (10-ish) for a large roofing job. I was scoffed at when I told the owner how I would need the dumpsters serviced regularly as I had 40 men on a commercial building. He (Mike/Robert) promised me that he would be able to maintain a fluid response and that I wouldn't have to worry about dumpster service. Well, that was false. He then blamed his lack of response on the weather and that his trucks would get stuck if he tried to retrieve the dumpsters after a rain storm. Only 1 of the 4 was "in the grass" and I needed just 1 of the other 3 that wasn't switched out to maintain my own operations. After waiting 4 more hours and stalling my crew with other tasks, he promised that the "owner" of the company was even on his way now to pick up and service the containers so we wouldn't have any further delays. That was a lie. When I fired his company from any further service after the driver showed up (who he again, told me that it was the company owner) and left without taking a dumpster, he then proceeded to burn out of the building's parking lot along with almost colliding with a $200k forklift, the dumpsters were then mysteriously picked up within 1 hour and there were NO tracks left on grass that was apparently too wet to drive on before I gave his company the hook. When I politely told him "his services were no longer needed," he simply replied with "ok, thank you." There was no attempt to try and prove me wrong or an apology to try and rectify the situation. I don't like to leave reviews because I am a business myself but I had to protect my business from further delays that RMS had no regard or care for and I'd like to do that for anyone else that cares about their time, money and/or company. read more

Do NOT use this company for your dumpster rental. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. He charged us more than his website said a dumpster rental was because "the price went up" yet that wasn't advertised on the website and he was unwilling to honor what his own site says. We rented for a 3 day rental and made sure to let them know that we needed it gone in the morning on the third day as we are getting professional pictures of our house in order to sell. It is hours past when they said they would be here and the dumpster is still here. I called to get an update and he hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. We've used this service a few times throughout the remodel stages of our home. Each time they're prompt with delivery and pick up. We get the midsize unit and have no trouble filling it up. Affordable prices and haven't had any trouble with getting the dates we want. Once we called and they had one available the next day! Highly recommend. read more

After our company was charged $342.40 for using the dumpster on May 25th, RMS services called the next week and insisted that we were undercharged due to the weight of our disposal being over the weight limit and claimed we owed them more money. However; although this was completely untrue, after explaining that this was impossible due to the nature of the waste we had disposed of, RMS services ran our card for a fraudulent and expressly unauthorized payment of $156.65 on June 4th. When you complete a form inquiring about a quote, you get a text saying, "What size dumpster". No indication of the company name, no friendliness, etc. Cash on delivery. I inquired about the 10% discount advertised (attached here) on their site and was told that was over. I mentioned there was no expiration date and was told well it wasn't taken down. Unfortunate! I can overlook rude customer service interactions for a quality service, but if the business isn't honoring their own ads, that's a pretty poor telling about the manner with which they conduct their business. read more

If I could review with zero stars I would. Rude, unreliable, and lack of accountability. They over promised and failed to deliver on a container. When I tried to address the issue with their over promising on timeline and. communication I was told, "Customers are unreliable, park in the driveway and show up late --and I don't complain. Do you want the dumpster or not?" I told him I was not every customer who had inconvenienced him in the past and how his response was not ideal. He proceeded to tell me, "It's not my problem. Do you want the dumpster or not?" I refuse to work with companies who treat customers as dispensable pieces of crap. Wow! RMS Containers -- Robert ! -- is truly amazing. I can't say enough -- or thank him enough -- for his incredibly fast responses and impeccable professional service. Robert is so easy to work with. You can absolutely tell he cares about people and customer service. We rented a 20 CY dumpster and filled it in under 5 hours today, (Saturday) and had a lot more stuff to get rid of. I texted Robert and asked it it was possible to swap out the filled dumpster for a new one, and he responded immediately with a "yes!" He was there within the hour with a new dumpster! After purchasing a new home (I know in this crazy market it was a miracle), I needed to go through my house since I was moving from a large 4 bedroom house to a small condo. When going through each room of the house I noticed I had a lot of items that were too old to repair and too beat up to donate so I needed to do something about that problem! I looked up waste management and RMS Containers came up online. I called them up, they dropped off the container and I went on my way to fill it up. We contacted them and we were told they would arrive Saturday morning but the never showed up. When we called them they claimed to have no memory of the call. They said they would deliver between 8am -9am Sunday but they didn't. They texted at 9:30 "coming" but never showed up. At 10:30 we texted to see if they were still coming but got no response. At noon we texted again to see if they were still coming and the response we got was that since we didn't respond to the 9:30 "coming" text he wasn't coming. We were never told we needed to respond to the text and the text "coming" in my eyes is a statement that doesn't need response. I feel like he never intended to deliver because we used them 6 months ago and they didn't call or text they just delivered the dumpster. When asked if he was still coming his response was "It's Sunday dude it's Sunday". We will never use this company again read more

Lousy service!!! Dumpster was not picked up on time. When it was delivered, driver called Robert didn't have change. He kept customer's change for more than 2 weeks even after customer contacted him a week after delivery for change back and pick up. Meanwhile, neighborhood people have been dumping all kind of stuff in the dumpster. I still have not get my money $30 back.
