The property was new, very clean, felt very safe in a very clean and safe neighborhood. It's a bit tucked away in a quiet area near Disneyland. About 45 minutes from Paris city center. So your not just going to hop down to see the Eiffel Tower, but you are just a 5 minute free shuttle ride to Disney, or a 15 minute walk [guessing].
There are a few close by restaurants and an outlet mall within a 3 to 5 min walk. The front desk was very helpful in directing us to where they were as it looks like a quiet residential neighborhood when standing out front. Breakfast only onsite, and it's a typical Euro self serve style with breads, pastries, cheese, poached eggs, fruits, various cereals, milk, juices and a wide selection of coffees. There is an extra charge as it's not included with the room.
Street parking if you find it is free, the hotel does offer underground parking for a small daily fee. Secured with room key, also elevator straight up to your floor with room key.
The hotel overall is very very clean, modern design, and newly built in 2012. Beds are sleeper sofa, but surprisingly very comfy. I would still stay here again. Note: There's also no room service or housekeeping service each night you stay here. It's like a residence/apt vs. a hotel.
At the time of stay the air conditioning wasn't working. NOTE: We were fortunate that the weather was very cool on June 10th and 11th so the lack of air conditioning wasn't a big deal, but we did have to sleep with the windows wide open which wasn't that great considering the the opened in onto the bed.
Front desk stated the air would be on the following day, which it wasn't. Just for fun I read reviews for the following week from other travel sites and it appears the air still isn't working and it's much much warmer.
Be warned that the air conditioning may be an issue if it's over 60º F / 15ºC outside.
There was also an issue with the WIFi the last day there. The front desk kept saying it was my error and to come down to the lobby where they offered to help me login. About an hour later I did, and found about a dozen people there complaining about both the Wifi and the AC.
For us wasn't a big deal either way, we had a prepaid French data card for our iphone, and it was cool outside, but I can see where the AC would be a bigger issue as it gets warmer.
I rated this hotel higher on other sites, but I'm rethinking that we just got lucky on this one. Not sure I would stay here again or not. read more
