If you're lucky enough to see a laughing friendly gentlemen at the till, you'll have a good experience. If, however, you see a blonde, turn around and go the to a few of the other second hand shops locally. You'll save yourself from a terrible customer experience, probably a few tirades and rudeness overall (in the years that I've shopped there I have never heard a hello/thank you/please).
Today made the kettle boil over for me in terms of this persons behavior, and I do not think it merits re-iterating that I will not set foot in this shop again and will advise anyone who asks to go two La Trouvaille in Breitenrain or the Lorraine brocki, which is also on the main street. Plenty of good thrift shops where you do not have to endure rudeness and poor customer service. read more
