This particular store has great service! I had to take in two of my ornaments because they broke during a move :( But I took them here and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. I picked them up and they both looked like new! They were cleaned and beautifully fix. One did break in the same place not to long after (it was broken in an odd way..so I know it was hard to fix). But they guarantee there work and they took it back free to charge to be re-fixed. Plus the staff were so good about it, the woman apologized profusely and were happy to send it back to the factory in Austria for a repair.
