I called multiple times, they admitted to receiving my watch, but they could not provide any more information. When I finally requested they return my watch without service they said it couldn't be done. One person I spoke to said she would get back to me the same day. She didn't. I left a message for a manager who did not return my call. I fear that I will never see my watch again.
