I picked them up and they both looked like new! They were cleaned and beautifully fix. One did break in the same place not to long after (it was broken in an odd way..so I know it was hard to fix). But they guarantee there work and they took it back free to charge to be re-fixed. Plus the staff were so good about it, the woman apologized profusely and were happy to send it back to the factory in Austria for a repair. I've been to many of the Swarovski shops around the world, and this one is by far the best because of their great customer service :)
