First of all, this is the best place I have found so far to buy loose leaf tea in Nyon. You just need to ask the lady at the cash register at the back of the store for the type of tea, and amount you want and they will get the tea for you and put it into a bag. I have enjoyed the tea I have tried here so far. There are also many tea and unique non-tea related gifts to gander at here. They have a unique selection of different tea cups and sets. I have found some nice and not too pricey tea cups here for my friends as gifts. Service has always been friendly, but typically don't speak English.

Mine was missing one of the ponytail set and my receipt shows I paid for two. The sales rep only out one. Didn't think about checking it as you just want to get out coz it was too crowded. I found out that the same thing happened that day to one of my Tourmates. Unfortunately by the time we noticed it, we were in our coach to our next destination. Please check your bag after you pay to make sure you got everything you paid for.

He would tell you one price to start with and said you have heard the price wrong when you show interests. We though he was trust worthy and believed his explainations. It ends up he was trying to take advantage of the tourists intentionally.
