Excellent and professional service by Justin. I was driving up to Grande Prairie during a winter storm on Highway 40 late at night, and I happened to swerve into a snowbank and got stuck. I was worried that no towing service would come out during these bad conditions, however Justin was more than accommodating. He assessed the problem, had a solution, and got me out of the ditch in less than half an hour and back on the road driving (more cautiously) to my destination.
