I struck a deer on Hwy 40 and was left stranded far from town or any services. After 3 hours of trying, and every other tow company from Grand Cache to Hinton either blowing me off by not arriving, or flat out refusing to come, Justin took my call and was on the way to me in minutes. He was efficient and dropped my van at a collision repair facility and then dropped me and my passenger at a hotel we had booked while waiting. Excellent and professional service by Justin. I was driving up to Grande Prairie during a winter storm on Highway 40 late at night, and I happened to swerve into a snowbank and got stuck. I was worried that no towing service would come out during these bad conditions, however Justin was more than accommodating. He assessed the problem, had a solution, and got me out of the ditch in less than half an hour and back on the road driving (more cautiously) to my destination.
