My visit with Dr. Adam Hinkley at Springfield Endodontics was a good visit. He acknowledged me by name and made me feel comfortable - despite the procedure that none of us want to go through. Both Dr. Hinkley and the staff were organized, efficient and friendly. During the procedure, the thought that popped into my mind was "I trust him". If I needed to, I would go here again. read more

They are COVID positive and never shut down. An employee came in with COVID-19 and infected the other employees, and may also have infected patients. They didn't cancel appointments and never closed the office, and the COVID-positive employee was responsible for cleaning the office. They aren't following the Ohio Stay Safe guidelines or taking safety precautions to protect their patients. Anyone who had an appointment in the past month may have been infected. No one should ever use Springfield Endodontics or see Dr. Hinkley. read more

Dr. Hinkley's staff was very friendly and had their care plan well organized when I recently had to have a root canal. I was very impressed with how they covered everything from the dental assistant getting me ready for the procedure and then the staff having all paperwork ready and even gave me my 1st dose of Advil with the times written down for me when to take them throughout the day. Dr. Hinkley was gentle and took his time. He called later that evening to make sure everything was going well! I hope to not have to have another root canal but I will go back to Dr. Hinkley if I do. read more
