Without taking any time to inquire further as to the issue at hand, they immediately distanced themselves by blaming both the manufacturer and the original home builder. Their position is that they only install the pieces and have no responsibility (or knowledge, apparently?) regarding anything else. I cannot recommend Stonecrafters. Any company that does not stand behind their work, or even show interest in their customer's ongoing satisfaction, is one that I would steer clear of in the future.

I called and emailed them numerous times but rarely got a response. The flooring was put in about 2 years ago. There was no way it should be separating so soon. They quoted just about $2,000 and maybe more due to materials. Said it was a high traffic area. Then why in other areas or wasn't separating? Wouldn't give me information on who came out before and who was coming out to fix it. Never responded when I told them I wanted someone out. Never responded when I asked for a copy of the warranties. I ended up having a friend come over and fix it and all she wanted for payment was some left over Halloween candy since it was such an easy fix.
