The server was annoyed that we wanted to sit down and was even more annoyed when we wanted to order food. The food was terrible, I think the health department needs to check this place out. I have never in my whole life had such bad German food. The red cabbage was black around the edges, the "Pfifferlinge" mushrooms tasted like they had gone bad, like motor oil. The spätzle were terrible, dried out and weird tasting. The dressing for the salad was some cheap store bought dressing. Seriously, if you are in Garmisch and want German food , do not eat here! There is a much better restaurant just 50 feet from this one.

My fiance had the Schweinefilet with Kroketten and green beans with some bacon mixed in. Also amazing. The price was great as well, and did NOT match the portions. I expected less food from the prices, but saw all the plates going past to others tables and knew all the potions were more than adequate. We happily stuffed ourselves! I gave our compliments to the chef and told our waitress how much we loved everything about our experience. Thanks!!
