Kitchen countertops and backsplash hardly touched and they needed a good cleaning. We even discussed this area. What ever they used on the floor was soooo harsh it removed the shine and smelled for a couple days. Flat surfaces on furniture was only partially done. I will say they are likable people but I wouldn't recommend them.,
