He always displayed professionalism each time we communicated both through emails and phone calls and he was very consistent in his business mannerism. My husband and I stayed at Secrets St. James and enjoyed our stay. (I highly recommend staying at any Secrets St. James resort that thy have throughout the Caribbean). Mr. DelVecchio coordinated everything in our trip from the Travel arrangements from the airport to the Resort and vice versa. We also had a representative that we meet with to help us plan our excursions. We did not have to worry about any details of our trip as it was already taken care.
