I've been going to Plaza off and on for years now and most recently, decided to buy two friend's Christmas gifts. What I love about Plaza is not only their selection of beverages, it's the fantastic staff that works there. I feel comfortable asking them any question when it comes to locally brewed beer, Arizona wines, and distilled spirits made in and around Tucson. I ended buying some locally made vodka, my father-in-law loved. Plaza has a quirky vibe I appreciate and everything is always labeled clearly with interesting descriptions. Plus, their prices are similar to those at the big box stores. They also offer NA (nonalcoholic) choices, which is fantastic. Pay Plaza a visit and you won't be disappointed!

Now that is service. Debra and Mann went overboard to make sure I got what I needed. They could have told me to drive to the other store but Debra went. This store is a 20 minute drive from me, but I will make a point of supporting their business in future.

I have never had an issue with any staff there. There is a lovely older gentleman, and the owners who I believe are of Asian decent. I have asked for specific orders , and they always have always been super nice. In the summer they have a swamp cooler (portable). Hot as sin in there. lol. I asked the woman/owner if I could get this and she rung me up only to tell me the price is $19.99. I told her I had just called and asked the price as well as seeing the price tag on the shelf and she said, "I know the wrong price is marked". So they appear to just be scamming people by telling them items are "marked wrong" and then adding $6 dollars to the item. Never going back. They actually listen when you request certain products, and the owner pays close attention to what the local residents want. And even though this might sound like some wild, late-night "addict/alcoholic" type of review, it's honestly not. This place is simply consistent, local, and reliable.
