Absolute best delivery service I have ever experienced. Quite possibly the best overall customer…read moreservice experience I have ever had my entire life! Cynthia is just one of those people you can tell would probably excel in almost any job or situation. We were honestly just blown away each time we used her. We were staying in a rental home on vacation, a home with a 300 foot walk to the door and multiple flights of stairs. Eesh! Each day Cynthia made the hike up to our door HAPPILY and with a huge smile! It was so nice to feel like she truly didn't mind at all. All the orders were handled with care and done right. Multiple dinner orders and a grocery order. If something wasn't available, she tried to find an alternative. Every text message was properly formed, perfect grammar, punctuation etc. I really appreciate this because sometimes you get people who can't really communicate clearly via text and that's how mistakes happen. Just to show you how amazing Cynthia is... We ordered a salad with no croutons one night. Then the next night I ordered the same salad but forgot to say no croutons. She caught it and confirmed if there should be croutons or not! LOL. This type of thing actually happened twice! If you need anything delivered while you're in Idyllwild, don't bother looking any further. Just text or call bear necessities! Oh, and don't forget to tip! Folks in this type of industry rely on gratuity to supplement the delivery fee. Just a side note.
