I even called the manufacturer, and they told me that Beital's Aquarium was definitely the place I needed to contact. I called the next business day, and what I believe was the owner answered. Right away, he started calling his supplier while I was still on the phone trying to track down the exact tank I wanted. That level of service was impressive. Within about 15 minutes, everything was handled and I was able to place the order. He even matched online pricing. Since that first phone call, I've been making the drive from Westchester to shop there for some really amazing fish. Anytime I have questions--or even random algae problems--Craig, the owner, has been an absolute expert and incredibly helpful. We couldn't be happier with our experience. The woman at the front desk was so sweet to Charli when we walked in. He seemed to forget all about me as he wandered around behind the counter sniffing everything in his path. She asked me a few questions about the type of 'cut' I wanted for him and I left feeling comfortable that they would do a good job (leaving him is still not easy). Charli looked great when I picked him up a few hours later. We will definitely be returning to Animal Kingdom South!
