Later, on night I saw what appeared to be a large number of parasites (see attached pictures). I obviously didn't want that in my home, so I discarded the sponges. When I returned to the store, he looked at me as if I was ignorant for throwing both sponges away, and the only explanation he gave me was, "Those are worms we feed to the fish here, and they hide in the sponges." They didn't even apologize for not mentioning the worms, nothing at all beyond what I described above. It was so upsetting. I ended up cleaning and throwing everything out that same night, driving myself crazy over it... horrible experience with them. Edited: It's crazy how other customers in their reviews (old post on Google ) are also talking about parasites and worms from this store. Thank God I didn't buy any fish. I only bought things to get the tank ready - plants (which went straight into the garbage), air system; air pump, tubing, sponges, a heater, and other accessories, but no fish. There are 3 tubs-2 large( which were being used w very large dogs) & one in the middle for small dogs. I washed my first pup & then the owner in the left began to blow dry her -obviously unbrushed- dog sending white hair EVERYWHERE! All over me, in my mouth, on my dogs, into my tub area and into the air! I just felt at a certain point that she was blowing it at me intentionally because she saw how annoyed I was. When I mentioned it to a manager and I asked him how long she would be because there is a 30 minute limit posted. I had been there for almost for 30 minutes already( set my timer)-she had certainly exceeded her limit! The manager simply said " I don't know" & walked away. I left with my wet dog and did not bathe my second dog. Not sure I will return to this location ever again. Horrible customer service.
