We were traveling through VA on our Goldwing in Sept and needed our rear tire replaced asap. We called the local Honda dealer who wasn't able to fit us in until the next day and they highly recommended Hilltop Cycle. I called hilltop cycles to do some work on my motorcycle. Tires and carburetor work and a couple minor other things as well. They had said yeah I'll get you in next week. I said okay and I brought it straight too them I came back 2 weeks later they said they have not gotten it in. He said it would be 3 weeks before I can get to it. I said okay understand. So I called back they have had it for 7 full work weeks never touch anything on it. And I said I'd come pick up my bike. And I did no apology no words of anything very disappointed with attitude poor communication would not recommend motorcycle work done here. These guys are awesome! My Harley was acting up while on a road trip about 750 miles from home. The local Wytheville HD dealer couldn't fit me in until very late in the day so I called these guys and they gave me an immediate appointment. When I arrived they had another Harley in the shop so I figured they were probably knowledgeable about Harleys and I was correct. They figured out what was wrong with my bike and had me ready to go in about 1/2 hour so I also had them put on a new rear tire that I needed. They had the tube and tire in stock and I was on the road in no time and all for a very reasonable price. Can't beat that kind of service when you're on the road!
