No matter where you're coming from or what your project is, they will treat you seriously and with respect for you and for their own work. I can't afford to redo my whole counter at the moment, but I needed just a fairly small piece of stone--about 1.5 sq ft--for a countertop addition. Unlike a half dozen other companies I called they were responsive, accommodating, and very affordable. Even for my tiny project they discussed my needs in detail and suggested a necessary adjustment I would have overlooked. I am beyond grateful. Now I have a beautiful custom piece of stone putting the rest of my laminate counters to shame, and reminding me of who to call when I can afford to redo the rest... Their warehouse and workshop is open to the public, because why wouldn't you want to show off such excellent workmanship? They have all the options you could dream of, and all at unbeatable prices. I had a sunroom and roof situation that needed more than a quick cosmetic repair. I wanted a lasting solution and a room that would finally feel comfortable, welcoming, and usable. The HyggeHus team was approachable, responsive, and honest throughout the process. They explained what they were working through, especially when the new roof structure required careful planning and coordination. I never felt that questions were being avoided or that decisions were being made without considering the effect on the rest of the house. The value I received -- within a very clear, efficient timeline -- was also notable. The people working in my home were highly competent, friendly, considerate, and easy to have around. They paid attention to the details, cleaned up after themselves, and clearly cared about how the finished work would look. The new roof and Hygge room have completely changed this part of my home. It now feels solid, warm, and thoughtfully finished. I would absolutely recommend HyggeHus to someone looking for a contractor who combines thoughtful planning with quality construction.
