Not only was Jon quick to…read morerespond to my request, but ensure that communication was fluid through the entire process of our project, including arrival times and times when the power would need to be off (which was great because we work from home.) John was extremely knowledgeable and dove in immediately to assess and diagnose our challenges. He answered all of our questions and brought a great energy with him in addition! He was able to help us troubleshoot the issues we had in getting electricity to our shed, install our Tesla wall charger using an existing outlet pre-wired for the load and capacity, and all without giving us the run around. We are straight forward people and appreciate a straight forward service. We learned a lot from Jon and are so very grateful for his willingness to educate us while helping us out. We feel his pricing was more than fair and reasonable, and feel the value he brought exceeded expectations! We also appreciate his personality and up beat attitude and great sense of humor!! We will definitely be calling John and his team again anytime we run into a more complicated electrical matter, and any other matters! His 30 years of experience (over 70+ between him and Mike) certainly shows! Thank you again!

He came back another week later but still didn't finish. Bob said he would return in still another week. When we expressed concern about the delays, he told us to find another contractor. Bob ignored our directions and concerns. He did not pay attention to the dimensions we sent him for the new light fixture, vanity, and mirror, thus having to redo work. He installed the wrong faucet, and it took several days before he repaired a leak under new vanity. He did a poor job with the tiling. Don't recommend.

Zachary came to my meeting with the insurance adjuster and helped me understand the process (I don't have many insurance claims under my belt), interfacing and making me feel at ease. Again, Jose kept in contact with me about what to expect and scheduled on my time. The new roofs, gutters, fascia repair and bathroom vent all turned out great! Simply put, I will be using Precision Exteriors again as long as I have a house in the Twin Cities. I will and have recommended them to a number of people already.

Do not hire this company! They're new, and have no real professional experience, and you're…read morebasically a guinea pig for their projects. I hired them to remove and replace baseboards and door trim through Home Depot's Pro service. They double-booked the day my project was supposed to start and instead of rescheduling (which I offered), they sent the owner's brother-in-law - who doesn't even work for the company - into my home. He caused damage, and the work was sloppy and incomplete. The workmanship was terrible: - Boards weren't nailed securely - Large gaps between baseboards and walls - No caulking at seams - Only some nail holes filled - Some corners are mitered, others aren't - they're just boards stuck together for an unfinished, inconsistent look - They skipped spray painting the boards (as outlined in the contract), left several unpainted, and only painted the front face of others. After several text messages with Adam around my disappointment with the incomplete and sloppy work, they did offer to come back and fix things (contract has a workmanship guarantee) - but at that point, NO THANK YOU. The trust was gone, and I wouldn't feel comfortable letting them back in my home. I will likely have to rip half of it out and hire someone else to redo it - leaving me out a significant amount of money, and they don't care. Adam takes an 'Adam first' approach vs. a customer first approach as advertised. The finished product looks like a rushed DIY job I could've done myself. Unprofessional from start to finish.

The fixes were made to some of the other work as it was done right the first time and this team made it seem like we should be happy they gave us something for free for it..some bracket for the gutter. There were times when -and I do understand family things that come up-that communication and follow up were awful. Lucky for us my husband works from home and can flex his schedule. We chose this team because they presented the scope of work so much better than anyone else and not based on the cost of the service alone. Too bad you didn't live up to that.
