Anthony realized one day he had forgotten to send that invoice I needed and he texted me about sending it. Then we talked on phone and also called me back after I had presented it to my condo's management co. and they had called him to be sure that this was in fact his company. He wanted to let me know they had called and I hope to be receiving that reimbursement check. Anthony is a very conscientious, caring, extremely hard working guy who takes his work, his family, and his customers seriously. He did a beautiful job on my bathroom ceiling drywall and painting. I will be hiring him to fully paint both of my bathrooms next!

Our chose a custom remodel for our 1920's Minneapolis bungalow and our input on every detail was taken seriously and incorporated. The complete remodel includes: walk-in tiled shower with a window (yea!), a non-skid shower pan, and grab bars, new custom cabinets, new toilet, sink and heated tile floor. It's functional and beautiful. The subcontractors chosen by Guaman construction (plumber, painter, electrician, cabinet-maker) were of similar excellent quality. Jim Vail promptly returned my phone call and set up an appointment to measure the room and to meet with my wife and I regarding our ideas. In just a couple of weeks, Jim had created a set of preliminary plans and the most comprehensive contract I've ever seen. Jim is thorough and extremely detail oriented, which is exactly what you need in a general contractor. Jim is demanding of his subcontractors and responsive and fair to his clients.
