The only two things I was not happy with is parking and homeless persons. They do not have enough parking for everyone so it's first come first serve. There is a public garage about a block down the street. Second issue is there seems to be a lot of homeless in the area when the shelters are not open. Lastly if you choose to walk along the Mississippi River watch out for dive bombing sparrows (seriously) ask the desk about them. While staying here recommend visiting Mac's bar for the wings (best wings I have had in a long time) , within walking distance and the Figge art museum.

If you are doing business in Davenport, it's only about a 15 minute drive to get over the bridge and into town. Worth it if other hotels on the Iowa side are more expensive for whatever reason. Granted, the hotel is only 200 yards away, but hauling luggage at midnight through a parking for a senior lady is not safe. Oh, take a taxi or Uber? They don't have them there at the airport. I can stay till daylight when they can send a shuttle but I will be the only living soul at the airport until then. So spoke to someone who said they couldn't accommodate me and was not helpful today.
