Meeting basic needed items trying to survive to now double in size today, the highlight for me I've come to appreciate over the years are their year round outstanding sandwiches and sourdough bakery items that's unique to the locals and seasonal fresh produce. We stopped in because we had a coupon welcoming us as new residents. We used the coupon for a free…read more1/2 lb of fudge. The clerk was sweet and accommodating. The little shop was nicely decorated and has the largest collection of spreadable cheese knivesI have ever seen. We also bought a box of a variety of fudge slices, bridge mix, malted milk balls (my husbands fav and he said these were the best he has ever had). For me I could hardly get one in my mouth and they had a thick layer of chocolate. Good but not something I could just pop into my mouth like my husband can. We got a gift box of chocolates for a gift. My husband tried one chocolate off the shelf and said it was really good. So we are hoping our friend likes hers. I have been working my way through the creamy fudge. It is delicious and they have a large selection of flavors. I ate the bridge mix but for me it had too many of the big malted milk balls, which I gave to my husband. To be fair the bridge mix was almost out in the caseso I was getting the bottom of the barrel. I would have liked more raisins and other nuts. We plan on stopping back to try out some of the cheeses and getting a cheese/sausage gift box. Will give another review on the cheeses.
