Rude staff and not the best dentistry. There we do many other dental offices to choose from. There is no reason to patron this office.

TLDR: you will want to have this place be your dentist…read more Let me start by saying, before Dr. Holz I hated going to the dentist. I did not have the best dental hygiene growing up which has compounded into a mouth that needs a lot of work. Previous dentists I went to made this seem insurmountable and it was too overwhelming and I ultimately would give up every time. Dr. Holz did the opposite of that. In my initial consult with him on 9/20/2021 he also explained that my mouth was in really bad condition, but he took the time to explain how we could systemically approach it and what needed to be taken care of right away and what could wait for the future. He also did not judge me when I shed a few tears over how overwhelming it all was. 1.5 years later, 6 teeth pulled, 4 crowns, 10+ fillings (I was able to not need some over time which was great), 14 visits later I am still as happy as I am that first visit. Every visit to the office is dare I say fun. Everyone at the office works together to take care of you so that you have the best experience. I had some complications from the teeth being pulled that required lots of coordination and the front office stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of so that I could focus on what I needed to. Also Dr. Holz and the different assistants explain every step of the way what they are doing so that I never have to wonder what that weird sound is in my mouth. Also, Dr. Holz is the best at numbing I have ever experienced. The experience is top notch while you are in the chair is also top notch. The massage chairs and televisions with Netflix and disney+ are a wonderful added bonus that help distract you when you have longer treatments. I could continue to go on and on with how much this location has changed my life but I will leave you with this, 1.5 later I've finally moved out of the first phase of treatment and get to begin on the optional parts of my treatment, and I have never enjoyed my smile more. I cannot thank Dr. Holz and team for all they do enough.

I had paperwork to fill out. I the office provided complimentary drinks in the lobby. After my paperwork work was completed I was able to go to the back to get a full scan of my mouth. It was in 3D with color. I was a bit skeptical because of my experience at sage dental but they said not to worry. After going over some of my goals for my smile I felt so relaxed. The dentist understood everything and answered all of my questions. After that I got to relax and watch my show on Netflix because they had TVs mounted on the ceiling while you get your cleaning done. Now the cleaning was such a peaceful moment. She cleaned my teeth with so much care. There were three flavors of toothpaste for the cleaning. I got to try the cinnamon and one other. I really enjoyed the cinnamon but decided to stick with the other that I cannot recall. I even got walked out and was gifted a tumbler too. I absolutely love my new dental office.

Something about the dentist just makes me frustrated. Every time I see it on my calendar I'm…read morealready irritated. That part has nothing to do with Dapper Dental but as reference to take this review with that in mind. 1.) This happened my first and my second appointment with the same reasoning. Once you set an appointment they message you like everyday in a 10 day period to confirm the appointment. I understand the reason but annoying. When asked both times to have me taken off they had the same excuse of "our system was acting funny" so that's why. Keep in mind those appointments were 6 months apart. We'll see if it's fixed in the future. 2.) When I sat down in the receptionist chair. Lacey Satterfield cleaned my teeth per my invoice/receipt. She said my cleaning today would be $89. I said, nope that's wrong. It's $60 ish without fluoride and $110 with fluoride. I asked the receptionist so we'll have to verify that." She responded super sassy, "okay whatever we won't worry about it." The rest of the appointment you could tell she was irritated. All I could think was ma'am please get your hands out of my mouth with that attitude. Of course I just sat there. She won't be cleaning my teeth again. She's snarky, and has zero soft skills. Or maybe it was a bad day. Either way she won't be cleaning my teeth. The main dr is a good guy that cares. And cool office.

The disrespect is unreal. From the hostile tone, to the nasty attitude, to the disgusting body language, it's clear they think they own this place and can treat people however they want. Now I see exactly why this business has a 2-star rating. Calling is a nightmare you're put on excessively long holds for no reason, only to be spoken to rudely when someone finally decides to answer. It's unbelievable that a business making money refuses to hire competent, professional staff. Customer service here is non-existent, and the lack of accountability is embarrassing. Do better. You guys deserve 0 stars!!!!!!!

I'm sharing this to help others make an informed decision…read more I went to Sage Dental in October for a routine visit. During the exam, the dentist told me I had 10 cavities and urgently needed fillings and a deep cleaning. He said that if I didn't move forward quickly, I could need root canals or worse. This was extremely alarming, especially since I've never had a cavity in my life. I told him I was close to open enrollment and might change dental insurance and return later. He warned that waiting would be detrimental to my dental health. He also had me look at my X-rays and pointed out all the supposed cavities, which added to the pressure and anxiety. After that, I was taken into a very small office where someone went over financing options. The total cost was in the thousands. I was then told, "Luckily, we have an opening for you today." The entire experience felt rushed, sales-driven, and more like a factory than a healthcare setting. I decided to leave and get a second opinion. I changed dental insurance and went to a different dentist today. After a full exam and X-rays, I was told I have zero cavities. I'm relieved, but also frustrated and concerned that I was put through so much stress and nearly convinced to undergo unnecessary and expensive dental work. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major treatment here.
