OMG! Hillbilly's BBQ is the best bbq I've ever had. And that is saying a lot since I live in Owensboro, KY. where we have the BBQ festival and some pretty famous BBQ restaurants. Those places are incredibly good, but they don't compare to Hillbilly's BBQ. It doesn't matter if you choose the Chicken, Pulled Pork, or Beef Brisket, the flavors in your mouth with have your eyes rolling in the back of your head due to the ecstasy of eating this food. Not only are the bbq meats amazing, but I've NEVERin my life wanted to eat coleslaw until I had HIllbillys coleslaw. That coleslaw is so fresh and delicious. I crave their coleslaw now! My new favorite dish from them is the bbq chicken tacos. It comes dressed with coleslaw and pickled purple onions! OMG! It is SOOOOOO GOOD! I've known Crystal (Owner) for years she has always been a great friend, so now I have a great friend who is also an excellent cook. Hillbilly's made their way to my small town Fordsville, Ky. I got a pulled pork sandwich, which was huge and hot, juicy, hands down the best-pulled pork sandwich I've eaten. My mouth is watering as I write this. The price was better than I had expected with the current cost. I think I paid 8.00. So if you have a craving for BBQ give Hillbilly's a try I'm positive you will not be disappointed. read more

I was satisfied from start to finish. the nice young lady was quick and concise when it came to ordering and my food came out fairly fast. I'm not sure who they thomight was eating this with me because there was plenty of food for 2 people. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys some nice BBQ! read more
