Hill was able to get me a lower interest rate through my own credit union than when I got pre-approved through the credit union (first was pre-approved for 3% and dealership got it down to 2.25%) . I explained to the dealership that I lived two hours away and was very hesitant about wasting my time driving out there, so they took care of everything online with me and then had a driver deliver the SUV to me at my house. The driver was great and went over the necessary forms with me. While traveling south from Illinois to Winter Haven, we noticed our 2015 Nissan Armada no longer had heat. We called on a Friday and were able to secure an 8:30am appt for Monday morning. Similar to a regulator, the blend door actuator was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. A part was expedited overnight and repairs were completed the following morning. Back in service and professionally repaired on 12/23/2025. No way we were returning to Chicago, over New Years, with no heat. read more

I had a visit today for my 2015 Nissan Versa and i made this weeks ago for a serpentine belt and pulley replacement, The guy who made the appointment said we need to do a diagnostic before and after that we can make a appointment i told him that would not work and make the appointment for the same day for which it was for 9am and if you can get here early enough we can get the diagnostic out of the way especially if you are waiting. Worst experience from any service department i've ever had. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. We dropped the car off for a cosmetic issue under warranty and also asked them to do an oil change and tire rotation. They never did the tire rotation, but told me they did do the rotation when we picked up the car but did not give us any paperwork when we picked up the car, only a receipt for the charges, they hit the card for. We had to bring the car back because the cosmetic damage part had to be ordered. When we did, we asked them to check the tire pressures because it doesn't seem, they checked that when they did the tire rotation. When we finally picked up the car, everything was done.We looked at the paperwork they gave us and it shows they never did a tire rotation.I brought this up to joe the service advisor he said, no, it doesn't look like they ever did that.I said, why not?They were told to do that, they told me they did do that on the first trip. We went back and forth and I found his answers worthless. I feel the service advisor is very incompetent. Since he couldn't do a simple thing like the tire rotation on the paperwork, they only did the oil change. While I was arguing with him over this, he said, I would have to talk to the manager.A Joe Colon, but he's not there today.I'd have to call on monday as it is I was very busy at my own job monday so on tuesday, I called and of course I got voicemail not joe himself and I left a voicemail. That was tuesday 5/12 I have not heard anything back since, never received a call back. I limped into service Juke turbo not working and after 2hrs of working they said I needed a new turbo system $5500! When I got home and looked at it myself I found the intake was so loose that when the turbo kicked in it would separate! Therefore no turbo boost. I bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata from the dealership. They messed up paperwork 3 times. I was originally approved for a Powertrain warranty then after 45 days they call that the paperwork was wrong. They also stated I could no longer get the warranty. Well today my son was driving the car and the engine blew. It caused the car to just stop in the road and my son was almost hit. This place sold me a lemon and now after having the car for two months I need to get a brand new engine which can range up to $7k. Thank you for completely screwing over a single mother. BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY from this dealership. Brand new 2024 Nissan Sentra fuel pump went out 6 WEEKS after purchasing! Salesman insisted on purchasing warranty stating EVERYTHING is covered. NEVER went over what was covered or not covered. Only cared about the SALE! 6 weeks later car stalled in traffic, black smoke, car kept turning off. Fast forward, Hill Nissan had the car for almost 5 weeks. Warranty REFUSED to pay over $2,000 for a new fuel pump using the excuse that the gas was contaminated (LIES). Spoke to the gas station (Pilot) they had NO reports of anyone with that issue. And who puts more expensive diesel in a CAR, cmon now. This place completely scammed my sister. She went into the dealership by herself and I believe they took advantage of her urgent need for a car as her car had unexpectedly broken down and she needed a working vehicle because she was working in another state at the moment and had a flight leaving in two days. They sold her a base model Nissan Altima for $34000, if you check their inventory and website right now they have these same Altima's priced around $25000 right now. On top of this, they hit her with an over a 14% APR rate on a brand new car which they already sold her for almost $10000 over the MSRP! Maybe if her loan was for the $25000 or so it should've been the bank would've given her a better rate, and I seriously believe they purposely rose the rate for their own benefit. When my mom and I found out what happened we drove up from Miami four hours the very next day to try to cosign for her as her credit was not the best at the moment (low to mid 600s) and they said there was nothing that could be done since they already sent the paperwork. Yes her credit was not great but not absolutely abysmal, and she has a good income. She literally went directly to Nissan because she wanted a reliable and not too expensive car, now she is paying over $700 a month for 75 months for a base model Nissan Altima (total price after payments is over $54000). This is absolutely criminal and this dealership should be seriously ashamed of themselves for taking advantage. If I could leave zero stars I would. After reading the other reviews I can now only hope that the car does not have any issues as it seems this dealership also sells lemons. read more

My daughter's Pathfinder needed service and, like many younger people, she went looking for the cheapest way to get it repaired. After waiting for a mechanic who advertised doing repairs at people's homes (was a no show) and taking it to a local car care center they had used before (who, after 3 days told her they were unable to fix it) she finally realized we were right after all, and she took it to Hill Nissan. I had contacted the service department and spoke with Lizbeth about the vehicle. She was very polite and focused on providing great customer service. The car was dropped off and the next day, Lizbeth contacted me (our daughter teaches and it's not easy for her to take phone calls during the school day) and discussed what was going to happen with the car and sent me a detailed list of the items that were directly related to the issue it was having; some other critical issues (low brakes); and others that were needed but could wait. I had a question about the brakes and Lizbeth got me the information right away. There was absolutely no pressure to get any of the repairs done. We selected the repair to correct the problem she was experiencing and the rear brakes and declined everything else. The car was ready by 4:30 PM and when our daughter picked it up she called us to say it was all back to normal again and that everyone was so nice to her. I'm not certain about these negative reviews here but can only say positive things about this dealership and Lizbeth. I made the mistake of not reading prior reviews before taking my Nissan GT-R to this dealership for service. After setting an appointment well in advance it still took them over 5 hours to do my oil change and would have taken much longer if I didn't stand up for myself and ask them to get it done sooner. I arrived at 10 am for my appt. After waiting an hour without my car entering the service bay they told me it would be done by 5. On top of this I asked if my airbag system was working correctly because the airbag light wasn't illuminating as you would expect. Instead of the "certified techs" knowing how this light operated and educating me on their system I asked if I needed a diagnostic to know if it was was working and they gladly obliged to charging me $160 for a diagnostic. I spoke with August the GM and he agreed with me that they should know the Nissan safety systems and said "it was no problem and he would have my $160 refunded". After receiving a rude call back from the service manager telling me I wasn't getting my money back I attempted to call the GM back 3 times leaving messages to speak with him about this situation and to receive my money back. Still no call back, not a man of his word. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. Their website states "Remember, Others Won't Hill Will!" And "We'd love to give you a top-notch experience, and we look forward to giving you service that can't be beat!" BUYERS BEWARE. CHECK REVIEWS ON ALL SITES - NOT GOOD. We purchased a fairly expensive used vehicle. We understand used vehicles are "AS IS" but when w/in days it's deemed to have unsafe & other major issues, there's a problem. We use Lemon squad to check out vehicles but made mistake of thinking reputable dealership would be fine. WRONG Were told it will be fully serviced, all fluids & oil changed (Bernard said, "of course Ma'am we do that on all our vehicles") Once home oil shows 43% life. REALLY? found out last serviced in August & now October." W/in few days, engine had loud fan noise & stay on for hours after engine shut off. I called & spoke w/Bernard (salesman who sold us vehicle) who referred me to sales manager, Zach. He was understanding & said to have husband bring it in & would let service manager. We could understand if issues arose after a few weeks & some miles driven but not in a few days. My husband arrived & was told vehicle was "as is" & nothing they could do about it. They stated they would do assessment but would be ~$200. My husband said we spoke to Zach who said it would be taken care of & they had no knowledge of such & were unable to get in touch with him. My husband left w/nothing addressed & 3 hours R/T. We went to certified Cadillac dealer as the check engine light on. We were told the following. 1. Oil desperately needed to be changed. 2. Windshield wipers would not pass 3. Fluids all needed to be topped off. 4. Leaking (R) front shock absorber 5. Broken engine motor mount 5. Coolant fluid degraded & needed service 6. Rear brake pads not pass inspection 7. Engine coolant sensor damaged. I called Zach w/this information & directed me to service manager Joe who was understanding & was unhappy that we had basically been turned away. He asked that we return & he will deal w/vehicle and "take care of things". I advised him we had already had everything repaired but engine mount as was on backorder. He said if we chose to go back, he would do the engine mount. Unsure if I could cancel w/ Cadillac dealership so told him that. I previously sent all documents from Cadillac dealership's findings & costs. I asked if anything could be done about all issues & he said he thought so but referred me to general manager August. We already paid ~ $3500 & almost 2K due for motor mount issue. All w/in 1 week of purchase. I called August several times & finally got through. He said this was his daughter's vehicle prior, so he knew it was well taken care of. He must be delusional, or his service department is bad! We had lengthy discussion about issues. I proceeded to say we questioned if vehicle had vacuuming & cleaning (as promised by Bernard) prior to us picking it up as Pokémon card & receipt fell out from under passenger seat. He laughed & joked about it & said my grandson was looking for that I hope you kept it. What an ass. Really? that's your stupid response to an unsatisfied customer? Pretty bad customer service. He told me safety check they do may not be as extensive as dealership would do?? A safety check would miss some of above listed items, and said if we returned, he would address motor mount issue (I was able to cancel the order if needed) but would not address any other issues as he stated, "many times dealerships add extra items that might not be necessary & increase the costs". REALLY? AREN'T YOU A DEALERSHIP? SO, YOU DO SAME DAMN THING YET CHASTISING ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. Hmmm kind of put foot in mouth. I asked if returned would he fix motor mount & response was "no guarantee-needed to check if agree w/estimate & evaluation from other dealer". But, after my recent experience, I would advise potential sellers to not even think of asking them for an offer. Based on a recommendation from a very good friend, we went to Hill Nissan to sell a Chevy pickup of mine. After inspection, I sat with the salesperson handling the sale and was presented with an offer that was more than insulting. The offer was so bad, my friend and I stood up without saying a word a walked out. Hill Nissan offered me $12,500 for the truck. I sold the truck within an hour of leaving Hill for $25,000. Hill Nisson broke its promise. I bought a car there several years ago. To seal the deal, Hill Nisson promised $5 oil changes for as long as I owned the car. They honored this deal for several years until 1/2/2024 when I took in it for an oil change. I was then told that since I didn't get any maintenance done there and that they weren't "making any money on me" that they could no longer honor the $5 oil changes. There was nothing in the contract when I bought the car and I was never told that I had to do maintenance there to get the $5 oil changes. They basically lied about the $5 oil changes and just expected me to go there for any and all needed maintenance. So now, I won't ever be going back there. And by breaking their promise to me, they also lost a potential new car sale when it's time for me to purchase a new car. read more

Over the past 42 days with my car being at Hill Nissan, I have received 0 communication from anyone regarding status updates unless I called first. Multiple times I left voicemails with the Service Manager, Dan White and never received calls back from him directly. I ended up finally getting ahold of the assistant manager Corey Leasure on the 41st day, who gave me completely different information about my car and the situation than the mechanic had. After this conversation, I finally received a call back from Dan White, he still had no update on my car and told me that my concerns about having to extend my car rental again was "irrelevant" to the situation. After this call I left a voicemail with August (General Manager) and never received a call back. I ultimately decided to have my car towed to a different Nissan dealership. I was asked to call Hill Nissan to get documents regarding what they did to my car, I spoke with Tara Mathis (Service Receptionist) who laughed at me and told me that my car was "not their problem anymore" and if I wanted documentation I would need to go into their dealership. I was then transferred to Dan White who told me that they would not provide specific diagnosis to my vehicle since I had it transferred to another Nissan and "they would need to figure it out themselves". Moral of the story: AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! This has truly been the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership and customer service in any capacity. And we ended up having to come back once again because they messed up the first time. That was another six hour wait again. I like keeping my 3 year-old Pathfinder serviced by the dealership in MA, then I moved to Winter Haven and Hill Nissan is close by. I have been in for a tire rotation and oil change, 2-3 times at Hill Nissan, and I would have to take a picture of the tires first to believe they are actually rotating my tires. The real problem is that my last oil change was in March and final inspection mentioned only a need for break pad replacement soon and the transmission fluid flush-out and replacement. It listed battery, fluid levels, battery terminals and everything else as "Good" and I drove away. It is the first week of May, and my truck died in the street yesterday. Battery corrosion was very obvious! I didn't realize I needed to check their work! While under the hood, the power steering fluid was empty along with the reservoir for coolant and the windshield wiper fluid. The truck is still under bumper-to-bumper warranty, the sticker on the battery mentions an 84 month warranty. Hill Nissan just told me that is only for a newly purchased battery while the one the factory installed that the truck comes with is only 36,000. Okay fine, how did they miss the corrosion and low/empty fluid levels on practically everything? I am fairly sure they didn't rotate the tires, I didn't mark them with chalk or take pictures in advance. Now, I am actually thinking they didn't even change the oil or filter at all. Impossible for me to know. Honestly, the staff is always so busy they are abrupt and maybe not trying to be rude, but leave you standing around or give very short and incomplete answers while trying to help other customers at the same time or finishing paperwork. Good luck getting a real sense of assurance that they are performing the work they are charging for, this never happened at the Nissan dealership in MA. I would take before and after pictures of what they are servicing before they touch my truck if I were to ever go back. Trying to avoid that now though. Good luck Nissan drivers, I love my truck, this one is my second Pathfinder purchased from a Nissan dealership and I am still sure I would buy it again! Beware! Shady practice at this dealership. They will advertise a price online (in this case an NV200) but that is not the price. The new "cheat" is the concept of an addendum. The typical sham is to price out tint, "sealant" door guards, and other arbitrary things on the vehicle. Mind you most of the time these items are not yet on, they are just looking to upcharge. However at THIS dealer....the addendum was over $1,000 "just because" of supply and demand. Which, I'm fine with....but thats not the advertised price.....they reel you in with an advertised price and then hit you with this addendum when you get to the dealer.
