We paid $80 for four of us, and you don't really get anything for that price. You have to pay for balloon animals and face painting, which I think should be included in your ticket. My daughter loved the pillow jump, but the lady working there was horrible. She screamed at everyone constantly to "get in line," and then if kids were jumping too hard or didn't stop jumping when she said so, she'd scream at them. She really ruined what should've been a fun time. The other staff wasn't nice either. In the end, I could've taken my daughter to a park for free and gotten the same experience without having to shell out $80. This place just seemed super greedy and zero customer service skills. They treated everyone like they weren't welcome.

Exotic Animals + Pumpkin Patch = Great Time!…read more Went to Indian Springs Ranch for the 1st time on Saturday 10/26/2024 to check out the pumpkin patch they put on and it's definitely worth checking out! Why you ask?! Well, it's also an exotic animal ranch! Yes, folks they have llamas, camel, buffalo & other animals that you feed (see videos/pics included w/ this review) It really was a fun experience and not just for the kiddos but also for us adults. Here are a few other helpful tidbits: - - - plenty of parking onsite - - - very shaded w/ lots of huge trees that provide relief from our Texas heat - - - onsite Moms Room for breastfeeding and/or changing baby diaper - - - food trailers onsite - - - pumpkin patch has lots of gourd-geuos photo backdrops! Hope this info helps! Rebecca

My daughter loved to corn pit and while the rain picked back up, the staff ushered us all under covering and into the corn pit. The food was solid and thankfully not overpriced. The pumpkin patch, games like football toss, basketball free throws, and others were good attractions. We were also able to ride the train and feed the goats and donkeys. The corn maze was in shambles after the storm from the night before and the whole farm was a mud pit, but seeing my daughter have a good time was fully worth it.

I like the set up, everything is so easy to access, perfect for little ones because of the size and layout of farm. We went on a weekday, less people and less hot, so that was a huge plus. If you are on the budget and don't care about hayride and face painting then weekdays would be an option, because for $9 you get enough to experience. Now I avoid going to some places because they charge you so much and offer some basics. If you like country, you will enjoy it here. Ms. Mary was so personable and sweet. I had a nice conversation with her and I can tell they put love and lots of efforts in what they do. Very nice people and nice farm. I would come back here even it takes some driving. I would recommend this little gem. P.s. it was a pumpkin give away day. A nice bonus!

What intrigued me was that there were so many activities occurring at once for all ages. The company work event was not just for the adults, but also for kids and elders. Entry fee was $15 for ages 4 and up. $0 for babies 0-3, and $0 for elders 65 and older. The entry fee was reasonable for all of the activities that the festival had to offer but some activities had an additional fee. There was a little train ride, a petting zoo, and numerous vendors selling clothes, jewelry, etc. My team loved the food and drink options, my favorite was Pecos Petes! They sold a massive mug/cup for $25 and allowed refills all day. Pecos Petes had a selection of root beers, teas, and lemonade. The cup was a very cute memento as the back of it had the Dripping Springs pumpkin festival on it. There were swings and a talented bubble artist who kept the kids entertained for hours! The pumpkin festival was filled with numerous photo-ops for families and friends. My favorite was the horseshoe toss along with the lasso toss! Overall, we had a great company party, it was nice to be in such a festive environment. I am glad that parts of the festival had trees and tents to provide shade as it got pretty hot out there. A downside was the parking. On the website, they do stress that the parking is an issue and they even offer coupon codes for ride shares, so at least they are trying to make the public aware.

While our youngest was on the rides and swings, our older boys could play patch pong and football next by. There were so many activities for all ages. They even had this kernel pit where they could all play. My son who is on the spectrum loved it. There is also a throwing ax spot that also has soccer balls so they loved kicking those too on the bull's eye. Then there was a feeding birds and feeding goats section. So much to do and we didn't even do it all. There was also a craft market and food trucks. Such a nice setup. And later in the day there is music and shows which we missed. There are a bunch of spots to take photos with skeletons and lots of pumpkins and gourds to buy at reasonable prices. You pay $15 to enter and parking is free. Then you pay for certain things like train ride, face painting and animal feed which our youngest wanted. All in all a great experience and our kids said they loved it - unprompted.

Even though we had chilly weather and a little rain, it didn't stop us one bit. We ended up picking close to seven pounds of fresh strawberries and they were so tasty and juicy. The whole experience of walking row by row and picking the perfect berry was so much fun. There's even a helpful little sign explaining how to pick the strawberries properly so they last longer. *Pro tip, leave a bit of the stem on the strawberry as you pick them, they stay fresh longer. We learned that after the fact, but we'll definitely do it right next time. The farm is huge, around 152 acres of expansive land, which was very green, open, and peaceful. It wasn't crowded at all the day we went, which made it even more enjoyable. The kids had a blast. They have a cute little train ride, a fun bouncing area, and plenty of space for the kiddies to run around. The goats were a big highlight for us. You can buy feed for 25 cents a tiny cup, and we went through four pretty quickly - you might want to grab more upfront because they close at 5 and we didn't get a chance to go back for more goat feed. The setup around the goat area was really nice and whimsical, and there's just so much open space to explore and walk and get fresh air. They also have a small gift shop with ice cream and little goodies, which was a nice touch after being out in the fields. Overall, it was such a peaceful, fun, and memorable day. Beautiful views, great atmosphere, and a perfect mix of activities for both kids and adults. We'll absolutely be back. Easily a five star experience.

Parking is free but this place can get packed quick so plan accordingly. There are many different food options throughout the grounds as well and good shade coverage, something they added more of this year. We felt like their shops offering was smaller this year but we're not completely sure on that. There are additional things you can do if you buy tokens for them such as: a petting zoo, train ride, and pumpkin smashing. We bought some tokens for pumpkin smashing and it was definitely worth it. The bigger the pumpkin, the more tokens it cost so we maxed it out and got some very large ones and let it rip. It was a lot of fun and we recommend this activity to anyone who goes. Lastly, we searched for and selected our perfect pumpkins for carving, which also were decently priced and healthy/good shaped. This is an extremely fun place to go on a cool fall morning with family or friends and is worth the drive out to Leander no matter where you are in Austin, highly recommended.

This one is much bigger with rides for the kiddos, plenty of photo opportunities, food trucks, live music, a small petting zoo, a train ride, and wait for it a beer garden. Our crew went on Halloween day and we were surprised at the lack of crowds. We were able to park close to the entrance and we never waited to go on any of the rides. The rides had seen better days but our granddaughter had a blast on the tea cup, train, and slide rides, and that's all that matters. We snacked at the Jamaican food truck and their jerk chicken & shrimp plates were very good. The beer garden provided us with a Sam Adams Octoberfest beer which was a perfect accompaniment on a beautiful fall afternoon. Upon leaving all the kiddos received a gratis small pumpkin. There were plenty of other larger pumpkins for sale. I can see how this would be an expensive day if you have a couple of kiddos. The entrance fee is $15 pp and the rides average $6.00 pp so it does add up. Take note for next year First Responders, Military and Veterans admitted free every Friday.

They also carry a number of jarred items (honey, molasses, pickles, jams, sauces) as well as locally raised meats and I enjoyed going aisle by aisle looking my through their inventory I was also happy to see that they carry a number of gluten free items, including flour and pastas that I'm able to find at my local grocery store. I also loved that they have fresh baked breads and desserts, as well as sandwiches to order to go (didn't try any on this visit, but they looked excellent online!). I did pick up a bit of their jalapeño beef jerky which wasn't super tough like jerky sometimes is and also was super salty, which was appreciated. The staff seemed friendly and ready to help. Across from the store is a bbq spot with seating and I'll be sure to visit there on my next visit. The ONLY reason why I couldn't give a 5-star review this time is I had a very hard time finding the prices on a number of items (especially in their freezer/refrigerated sections). It made it a bit inconvenient and I didn't want to keep going up to the counter to check the costs each time. Other than that, I'd highly recommend a visit!
