Sweet Eats Farm is one of our absolute favorite places to visit. It is incredibly kid-friendly and just as fun for adults. There is so much to do that every visit feels like a full experience, not just a quick stop. The farm has a nostalgic, old-fashioned charm, and each month features a different theme, which keeps it fresh and exciting year-round. General admission includes a huge number of activities. There are apple cannon launches, face painting, giant bubble stations, horseback riding, and a petting zoo with chickens, goats, llamas, and alpacas. The live pig races are a must-see and always a hit with the kids. There is also a large bouncing and play zone with slides and plenty of open space for children to run and explore. The creativity and scale of the activities are genuinely impressive. Seasonal events make it even better. Depending on the month, you can enjoy strawberry picking, corn mazes, pumpkin patch festivities, and other unique themed attractions. It truly never gets old. We ended up buying annual passes because if you go four or more times a year, they easily pay for themselves. One small note for parents: it is not very stroller-friendly in some areas due to the terrain, so bring a sturdy stroller if you plan to use one. It is doable, but it can be a bit of a push and pull. 4 stars since the cost of admission per visit can get pricey with even a small family of 4 like us at $22-$25 per ticket, which is why we opted to buy annual passes, which still can add up. Additonally, the uneven terrain for strollers can be a grievance and I also wish they were open later all year around. Went for the Dino fest happening now and LOVED it! The kids had fun! Lots to do here. Pig races were adorable and my daughter loved the large petting zoo. Tons of photo opportunities everywhere. The corn maze was my favorite part -- so peaceful at sunset. Under 2 are free. Buy tickets online -- cheaper that way. Huge parking area. Loved it here and will be back, for sure. We visited Sweet Eats Adventure Farm for their adult Easter egg night hunt. I want to start by saying this is such a cool event to put on, but I do feel like it could have been a little better organized and more information could have been shared leading up to the event so ticket buyers knew what to expect. We were happy to find out that included in our ticket price, which was quite pricey in my opinion, we received a free drink each. We chose a can of Eastcider. We also got to visit the miniature animals, mainly goats, which was my favorite part of the evening. They hid a lot of eggs over many acres to be hunted at night. There were so many people and very few prizes. Eggs were found within a few minutes. There were about 2 really good prizes, the rest were ok. We had been to other egg hunts where you find prizes in the eggs and claim them after. At this event, they had you find eggs with candy or raffle tickets. Then they raffled off prizes. SO many ppl left with nothing, not even a small prize, so even though it was a fun experience, I wish we would have known about the raffle in advance. read more

Came here for the Halloween and Fall season! It was such a sweet time for sure! We arrived on a very HOT day! Like 95 degrees but the pumpkin decor and activities were worth it. Great place to bring kids. So much to do not enough time to do it all. Some things are free with admission. We came with a school field trip so it depends on the package. The school purchases on what you can do. For those coming for their first time, I highly recommend sun protection And plenty of water. At this time due to the recent flooding, they don't have any available free water. So knowing that ahead of time would've been very useful. Otherwise it was great. The only thing that was slightly worrisome was the big maze. We were lost in there for over an hour and never found even half the clues. At some point, I wondered if we were ever gonna get out. Overpriced and horrendous living conditions for those poor animals. 20 bucks a person just to enter and walk around the grounds while charging so much extra for EVERYTHING. It was 85 degrees in full sun when we visited and the poor goats and baby calves were completely exposed to the elements with no awnings or any form of shades. They charge 12 extra dollars just to feed the animals. We came for tulip season and the tulips were mostly picked or past their prime and it cost 15 dollars just to pick your own 8 of them. We were given a voucher to shoot one apple from an apple cannon. Fun concept, but if we wanted to shoot more apples it cost 5 dollars PER apple, grocery store apples don't even cost that much. Do not waste your time driving out here, do not waste your money just to walk around the exposed grounds, and don't come unless you wanna just feel sad for those poor animals. read more

I was a bit startled with the price initially because you pay a flat entrance fee ($25 I believe for age 2 and up) but everything is included: pony rides, face painting, pig race, petting zoo, etc etc. so it's worth it in the end. The grounds were beautiful, very dusty so don't wear your Sunday best shoes. One big complaint is they don't have a water refill station, only water bottles for a hefty purchase. everything was super amazing and my daughter had a great time except every single animal in the petting zoo is incredibly mean. idk if they just aren't watching the kids and the animals are traumatized or if they just have mean animals because this has neverrrrr happened to my daughter at other petting zoos but everything in there from goats to rams to sheep to alpacas were either ramming her or spitting in her face. better be careful before someone's kid ends up getting seriously hurt. read more

beware spending your money here if you don't do your full research. i did not know about the living situation of the animals until someone on facebook informed me. the farm has also deleted her comment on facebook but luckily i screenshotted it beforehand. my boyfriend and i went to the farm it was about 75 degrees outside with full sun out. we were sweating and so hot, imagine the animals with fur. they have the goats and highland cow facing the direct sunlight with no shade whatsoever. they can turn the cows house around so she can get some shade, not sure why they don't. poor baby, we could tell she was so hot. the horses were tied up the whole time, especially the ones in front of the farm. we didn't see any water for them put out. poor things looked so sad. please think twice about coming here. they overcharge for everything but can't do simple things like give the animals some shade and water. read more

I found out about this farm on Tiktok. Otherwise, I had no idea that it even existed. We went to check out the tulips mostly. The farm is large and there are several things to do here. There are pony rides, animal adoptions, a petting zoo, apple cannons, truck rides, and face painting. There's even a restaurant in the middle of it. We stayed here for a good two hours taking photos and interacting with the animals. There is also a bakery on the other side of the entrance where you can validate your tickets or buy them. There is a lot of parking and we had no issue parking in the field. Bathrooms were located right at the entrance though there were also port-o-potties throughout the farm. I had a good time. I brought my son here for the sunflower festival- we came with a couple friends and their child as well. We all had a great time! The sunflowers were bright and beautiful! They had several prop areas set up for photos but we took most of them with the flowers rather than the props. You have the option to pick sunflowers and pay for them after but They also had a beautiful field of other flowers that you can pick for free. We watched pig races filled with the silly puns and dad jokes. Slid down super huge slides that the kids absolutely loved. And pet so many animals! The petting zoo was full of so many animals that were all very friendly and cooperative. There was a pig that was very injured- we brought it to the staff's attention and they tended to her immediately. When we finished our visit we walked through the gift shop. We bought a hat, a pop gun, stuffed animals, candy, Carmel apples, cheesecake, and edible cookie dough. There were so many things to choose from! Before we left we ordered a few items from the cafe: rainbow sprinkle donuts, vanilla cream cold brew, pink drink, and apple cider. The bakery/cafe items were delicious but it the cashier/barista was very unwelcoming. Other than her, every other staff member we encountered was VERY friendly and the whole experience was great! My daughter and niece went there with their school for a field trip, we tagged along of course. This park is sad and small, we only were allowed access to one side of the park ONLY and my daughter and niece wanted to do pony rides, told us we weren't allowed, even went to try to pay they didn't allow us, apple cannons same thing tried to pay and we weren't allowed and face painting too bc we were on the field trip. Even tho we tried to pay for the separate attractions, it's like our money wasn't good enough and since we were with the field trip it was an issue, I signed a waiver. This place is 80 acres of awesome. To the dude that was mad in the reviews below that they don't let you pick and choose what to pay for to do....did you actually go to the park? This place you pay the $30 at the start and then anything you want to do (short of food and beverage) is free. My 5 YO and 2.5YO went pony riding, jumped on the bouncy house, got their face painted, walked a corn maze, watched pig racing, went down slides, all for free after the entry fee. Tell me where else you can get that nowadays? Everywhere else nickel-and-dime's you. This place is great and we will absolutely be back, hopefully soon for their dinosaur and christmas themes. I recently came to this farm for the October fall event. I had come once before in 2021 and this place has exploded and improved sooo many things live revamping the horse/pony riding, providing coverage for one of the inflatable bouncy field for the kids, and a food platform to centralize all the eats in one spot. My recommendation for those with little ones is to come early when the farm opens to avoid lines for the horse/pony riding and face painting. There were also some planned events like pig racing and an exotic animal show and tell which were quite entertaining for the kids. The petting zoo is a must see for sure. They have little baby chicks to hold and pet which are absolutely adorable. I don't know if this is new but you get one free apple to shoot with the Apple cannons with your admission. Wow! What a great farm. It was about an hour drive for me. I packed some travel snacks and water. When I finally arrived. I parked my car. It's a farm, so the parking lot is dirt. Expect your car to get dusty. And of course, you'll get a little dusty too, don't wear your white brand new shoes. As I walked up to the general store building. I was greeted by Katie. She told me how the whole places worked. Unfolded a map and pointed to all the different places on the farm. Depending if you're paying for the petting zoo, or just picking your own produce, you'll get a color coded wrist band. I got green. I was just going to walk around take some pictures and hopefully get some watermelon. I know it's out of season, but I was hoping something was going to be left. Sadly I didn't see a whole lot left as far as tomatoes go, or peppers. Maybe I was in the wrong spot. Or maybe they were further down the lanes. I did see watermelon, and I decided to try this yellow watermelon. Know idea what it would be like, and I got a dark green watermelon. I've only cut into the yellow one. And I have to say. I was surprised when I looked at the insides. It looked like a squash. The seeds were very different than a typical watermelon. Surprisingly, it was really good. Not a strong flavor, but still sweet. I did try a balsamic vinegar on it too, just to play with some flavors, and it was delicious! Overall, this farm was really wonderful, and next year, I will come during peak season, not end season. They do have a wonderful pumpkin area too. I took pictures of the house frame that they use to sit pumpkins all over it. Great place for photo ops. You can see their IG page and see the shots from past pumpkin season. They do have picnic tables all over. They do have an outside bar. As I finished my outside tour, I wondered through the general store and picked up some goodies. They have a lot of sweets. Caramel apples, fudge, pies, homemade jams, donuts, and cakes and lattes. Our annual pumpkin patch trip to Sweet Eats is always a hit. We popped over again on a Saturday morning and spent the majority of our time playing! The grounds have seen upgrades as the gravel path to get in is no longer a thing! There is a grand entry building with well thought out family bathrooms! You enter and see a wonderful cafe for breakfast drinks and noms, and then get your tickets/checked in. FYI. It is cheaper to buy your tickets before arriving. At about $25 per person, adults and kids, it's kinda a pricy affair, but everything is included in your activities, swings, mazes, petting zoos, pony rides and hay rides. Our favorite is always apple cannon shooting, lots of tractor rides and bikes, animal shows and more! The giant slides and digging for treasure are sure to keep your little ones obsessed for hours. We finally left, which I'd suggest you come in clothes that don't mind getting dirty, it was especially windy and dusty and we had definitely seen some fun out there. Pumpkin patch is a bit pricy for what it's worth, but has plenty of Instagram worthy spots. My family and I spent a day at the farm this weekend. We started with breakfast with Santa which was delicious and offered a nice selection. And there were Mimosas for the adults. First time going to Sweet Eats. There are a bunch of activities like apple cannon, petting zoo, jump pads, pony rides, corn maze, and more. General admission includes all these activities and one free apple for the cannon. I got my ticket online and if you can't make a certain date, the tickets is valid until the end of the year. This is a great place to take younger kids but adults can have a lot of fun enjoying the scenery and there is also a big horse to ride. My favorite is watching the goats. Sweet Eats was a fun day for my daughter and myself. As an older teen it was mainly about getting the Selfie. But we also just soaked up the Autumn atmosphere on this 55 acre working farm. Everyone was very friendly. Especially the wagon drivers. Seems like a great place to just let your kids run off some energy plus experience the petting zoo. First of all, we got harassed MULTIPLE times from farm workers asking for our wristbands and if we paid. We had them perfectly visible. Everywhere we went, " did you pay for that? I came here for the fall festival. I do not have kids but wanted to see the zoofari people. They did bring a variety of wild animals but you couldn't hold them and you could touch just a couple of them. The pumpkin patch is definitely instagram worthy to get all your shots for the holiday. They had some cool varieties of pumpkins, they also had a petting zoo with baby chicks to hold. The pig races were cute to watch, we had fun doing the (rubber) duck races, corn maze was ok. Georgetown gets HOT in the Spring and Summer, and these rabbits are kept outside. Rabbits also need a steady supply of fresh water, unlimited amounts of hay to eat, and small spaces where they can hide. They provide none of that here: their water/water bowl is absolutely disgusting, there is no edible hay in sight, and they are completely exposed with no spaces to hide.
