The office is off of Lindbergh (closer to I-55) it's fairly easy to find. Parking lot is a tight squeeze. Nice clean office, albeit smallish with about 4-6 chairs. After being greeted by Jenny, I didn't wait long for consult maybe 5-8 mins whilst Dr. LeBlanc finished with another patient. Here is my Chiropractic visit in three easy steps.. First, a brief history, the doc made suggestions. Then, into a massage room where a lovely woman (sorry, can't remember her name) placed pads on my back connected an EStim machine... Wow! She was extremely kind and knowledgeable, thank you! Lastly, a chiropractic adjustment, whew!! some temporary relief from clicking. Hurrah!! The dr. determined I only need a couple more visits.

My freshman year of high school was very rough for me. I had stabbing chest pains and would get so dizzy sitting in class that I would almost pass out; and that was when I wasn't doing anything. It would happen while I was cheering, playing the trumpet, marching in 90° heat in a wool marching uniform, while singing in the choir, playing soccer.. It was very difficult to deal with! I felt weak and hopeless. It was very embarrassing. My mother took me to many different doctors and hospitals; I had many tests done from EKG's, to MRI's, to blood work, and the doctors couldn't figure anything out. In a last attempt to help, they just told me to cut caffeine out of my life, increase my salt intake, snack more during the day, and consume more water. This didn't help at all. I still dealt with these problems from my freshman year, to the summer before my senior year of high school. After a torn labrum in my shoulder, that summer before my senior year, I started going to Mehringer Chiropractic. After just a few questions, watching my movements, and a few minutes, they had figured out the reasons behind everything! My ribs tend to rotate, which gave me that stabbing feeling I had, and my body, especially my neck and shoulders, were out of alignment from all of those years I had spent being an athlete, so they fixed that, and I wasn't getting dizzy anymore. No more pain! I wasn't scared to do all of the things I love anymore, and I was having so much more fun. I wish I had known about chiropractic care sooner, because now, I can live a normal life.

They use kinesiology tape on almost every patient that comes through the door. It is of limited therapeutic value. There's no science to back it up. It is just used to over-inflate the charges. When it does not stick it absolutely cannot work. They claim that I should have called them that day so they could re-apply the tape. I was in severe pain so I took a pain pill and went to bed. They offered an excuse that because it had been billed toward my insurance and applied to my deductible, that they could not adjust their charges. Absolute B.S. After reading a couple of my online reviews, they called the local police and said that I was harassing them. I'm just a blue collar guy calling it like it is and exercising my first amendment rights. They took my payment in full therefore I was stuck with no resolution. For weeks I called and talked to every member of the team from the office receptionists to the chiropractor to the office manager Michelle. None of them could come up with an answer except they were delayed and would be mailed in time before I left. Three trips into the office and about ten calls over a 30 day period and still no inserts. I finally asked them to call the company and have them change the shipping address and drop ship them to my new house out of state. They would not. They assured me they would correct the issue and ship them to me. Once I left. I called. 34 days after they should have been delivered. They weren't calling me or reaching out. I had to stay on top of them. Then Michelle the worst office manager in existence who should find another job as she does not consider customer service or communication of any importance at all. Told me this issue didn't fall on them and if I wanted my $900 custom inserts I would also have to cover shipping. So another $47 for their error or they were holding my inserts at the office and unwilling to find any solutions at all. Not even split the cost of shipping for their error. There are plenty of amazing chiropractors in the St. Louis area. So many good ones. Don't waste your time and money at this office. Unless you want to be treated poorly and unfairly. Do yourself a favor and find an office who cares about their customers. This one failed completely
