Then, he not only painted the siding but also touched up the whole area with fresh paint. This job had his name on it so he took the extra step. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He was able to start the job soon after he gave the quote and was done sooner than expected. He also worked clean and kept me advised throughout the process. I was deflated and feeling skeptical it could be fixed, but he solved it! I look back and think it's a miracle and a testament to Armando's 1. critical problem solving skills and 2. skill and experience, 3. work ethic, and 4. love of his job. 3 roofers couldn't figure the issue out at all including the original roofer, and the 4th roofer I suspect did not want to do the work. The end product of the repair is beautiful and flawless and of the highest quality - he took great effort to match the exact paint/stucco color in the repair (yet another testament to him wanting to do the repair RIGHT, once and for all).
